Sent my Bersa Thunder to J.G.E. for warranty work expecting to not see it again for several weeks. It was repaired and returned to me in like new condition in three working days. I live in S.C. but will definitely send any gun of mine needing to J.G.E. for repair.

Great service for my Bersa. I had purchased a new 22 from a local dealer, took it to the range and had nothing but problems with it. Bersa referred me to John's Guns Etc,who promptly called me and set up shipping info with me. Just 3 days later, John had returned my Thunder 22 in working condition. I managed to get through a few mags with no issues whatsoever. Great fast service on repairs! Much appreciated John!

I have an American Classic 1911 that I sent in for warranty work. It only took 3 business days to get my 1911 back and the repair was excellent. I am very happy with the speed and quality of service received!

I recently sent John's Guns Etc my Bersa Firestorm for repair. John was very helpful with his advice and directions when I emailed him prior to shipping the firearm. He received my Bersa at the COB on a Tuesday and it was returned to me in perfect working order Friday of the same week. I've never experienced that kind of turn-around with any product before. Kudo's to John's and to Bersa for repairing at no charge, just like they say in their warranty, a firearm purchased in 2012. I can enthusiastically recommend both of these businesses to anyone interested in a good handgun for the money and a good place to send it or any firearm if you have a problem.
