Only once did I have a negative experience in which I had to contact corporate. Other than that, it's the ONLY auto parts store I go to for all my parts.

Didn't want to exchange my lifetime warranty product. Said something about "since its broken, we can't change it". Went down to parades line and they GLADLY exchanged the part for me. Looks like los fresnos location just didn't want to go to the trouble of helping me out. Very bad customer service! Young mechanics beware!!

I have only been to a few O'Reilly's, as I usually hit Auto Zone or Advanced. However, the Manager at O'Reilly's, Larry, was amazing. My battery had died at a gas station down the road, and I needed to replace it completely and Larry took every possible means to help me that he could above and beyond what I could have asked for. From the tools assistance, the advice, everything, Larry and his staff were top notch. He could conduct a master class in customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone who has any need when it comes to automotive. Thank you for reducing the stress of at least one event on what was a very rough Friday.
