I really enjoyed this store most Metros I go to are straight to the point feels like they do not care about their customers Mary Helped me out and I was so happy she did she answered all my questions she was so helpful and so friendly I told her this is going to be my new store! Thanks Mary!

this stores return policy is not being honored. GM keeps changing his story on why he can't... even tho I am well within my time limit, Don't come, best if you go to a corporate store where they will honor their printed and posted policy.

I'm sorry to say I didn't get the young lady's name but i visited the Los Fresnos store on Sept. 5 & 6 for assistance with my phone. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I give her 5 stars because she is a great employee. Great job, Metro!

Great customer service, unfortunately I was not told that I was paying for my cases and was charged and not refunded for accessories. When I made them aware of it. They it was part of a bundle. I mean they should have not made it seem like they were throwing them in for free.
