We absolutely LOVE bringing our Smokey here!! He's a very active, high-energy German Shepherd.We've brought Smokey here several times, and when we enter the parking lot, he gets very excited!!Frank is a GREAT representative of the resort, and his interaction with us and treatment of Smokey are above reproach...he truly cares and enjoys working with and caring for the furry, four-legged guests.Dog owners; you won't have to worry about your furbaby staying at the resort. He/she will be in GREAT and capable hands!!

If you are in South Padre and need a safe and responsible place to keep your fury babies/heathens, then CCCK has you covered. They offer reduced rates if you have two that don’t mind sharing their unit space. I have 2 frenchies and they are kennel trained so I’m sure they thought they had their own house!!! The units are the equivalent of 4 extra large kennel crates. They offer lots of services and accommodate special requests and can administrate any meds your pups might need. They also have a groomer that will shampoo, dry, and clip for a very reasonable fee. The facility is almost a half mile from any road, so I didn’t need to worry about anything if they were have gotten out for a short while. On that note, the facility is completely gated and fenced separately for playtime outdoors (weather permitting). Highly recommend!!

Staff is wonderful and they take great care of my Rambo. I travel comfortable knowing he is well.

They took out fur babies on short notice and even watched our cat. Their prices were good, pets look safe too. My only complaint is that it stinks there. But staff was great.

The dogs were happy to see us, but also followed the worker back towards the back. We have taken the girls there 3 times, and they are not stressed about being left. They do come home very tired from all the doggy play. ? ?

I have used this kennel before and had a great experience. This time I had to repeatedly ask for updates on my dog. I would have given a higher rating but when I tried to book another stay I never heard back after multiple attempts. I called the owners cell and the business with no response. Very disappointed.

I cannot describe how appreciative I am of this place. They are the most caring and loving people around. They will greet your fur babies with open arms, treating them with so much love like their own child. Before I left for the airforce I had nobody to look after my girl Sophia Jane, until my coworker recommended them to me. I didn't want to give her away because what kind of owner would I have been? They took care of her for me and they gave me such an amazing price for it. 6.5 years later and I'm reunited with my child ready to to spoil her so much.

This is the 3rd time we have left our dog there and every time he’s picked looking great. Very nice knowing we can be on vacation and he is being well taken care of. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Less than 24 hours after dropping my dog off I received a call that she had jumped the fence and escaped. This happened after I spoke to them at length about her ability to jump fences and they ASSURED me that she would only have play time in an enclosed area.The first 2 days they were in contact with me about her disappearance - but then contact with them ceased to the point that they only responded to me when I contacted them first.When I got back into town 5 days later (on the scheduled pick up day) they did not contact me at all!!I was very apphensive about leaving my dog here to begin with because it was over all nasty and incredibly smelly - but abecause of unexpected travel plans had no other choice.Please Please Please explore all other options before leaving your dog with these careless, irresponsible people.

Our pup Maizey was greeted by a young gentleman and brought out a beagle to see if Maizey was good for free play. They got along great. They did have some free play inside but due to weather they couldn't play outside. She seemed perfectly fine when we picked her up.

Dropped off my dog for the first time and staff was great (Frank received my dog). He explained what would be the play area and when they would use the indoor kennels.I was expecting to get pictures or videos of my dog since it’s her first time in a new place. I sadly didn’t and I was a bit worried about her.I picked her up and was surprised that she was excessively dirty and wet from all of her legs, stomach, and lower body as if she laid in dirty water while in the kennel. I asked if she had gotten into a puddle outside or played with water but The staff during pick up wasn’t able to share details of why or how she was since he hadn’t been there for most of the day.I really wanted it to work out and find a good daycare but I won’t bring her back.

believe me when I say I was very pleased with my dogs staying here. I was a lil skeptical because of the bad reviews but I'm glad I was able to experience this on my own. The guys on drop off day where very attended and informative with everything I asked. Eventho I had to ask for updates and pics, I understand they dont update everyone on a daily basis because of busy it is. After all, we stayed in contact and my dogs are so happy to be back home. thank you all so much.

my dog has been going there with no problem for a couple months they love him so much but this time was a different story my dog came back with blood on his head and his ear bloody and half gone I called 5 times and they didn’t answer and I called today and they he was by himself?!?! How can my dog be by himself and have blood on himself and a injured ear do not send your dog here I’m so upset and they will not be hearing from me or pepe
