We purchased a Keystone Cougar 24RDS from RV Station and this overall experience was amazing! From the moment on the premises to the final handshake we left there some “happy campers”! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

It was OK until I found out that the drawers under the stove were broken. The wooden bracket was anchored by 1 screw, top and bottom. The top one pulled out from the interior wall. Some one took the time to stack 3 one inch thick pieces of styrofoam to have the drawers slide across without an issue. Once driving, the drawers slid out. Fool me once. I took the time to repair it correctly. Deceitful.

My wife and I had a great experience with RV Station. Kyle was very pleasant and helpful. We made a trip out of our purchase. California to Lorena Texas. Everything went smooth. I would highly recommend this RV store. Started camping with the trailer we bought about 2 miles away from RV Station, and all the way back to California. Not one problem, and had a great time in Texas.

We recently bought our dream RV from RV Station in Lorena. It’s been years since we purchased a RV and I know it was not nearly the pleasant experience back then as it was this time. The experience started with Sandy, our sales person. She was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions and best of all did not put pressure on us to make the sale. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Chuck in finance was awesome to work with, he made everything very easy while explaining the details. The whole pleasant experience continued right through the walkthrough with Kyle and Larry who made sure we understood exactly how everything worked. We drove a couple hours to make this purchase and are so pleased we did. These are a great bunch of professionals to work with.

I would like to say that Amy and her crew at RV Station is the most helpful and most professional people I've ever had the chance to meet. My 5th wheel needed repairs done and they went above and beyond to see the work got done and done right. They worked around my schedule with no complaints at all. I can't say enough about this place. I will always come back here for all my RV needs. Thank you everyone at RV Station y'all have set the bar.

RV station has an excellent choice of rvs to choose from. Excellent service in all departments. More than accommodating!! Very knowledgeable folks. The entire experience was great, to say the least. When we're ready for another, we'll be back.

Very helpful, we were able to nearly make our final decision because of their large selections of 5th wheels.

We recently traded and purchased gently used motorhome from RV Station. I am here to attest that the service, staff, managers, and technicians of RV Station have been the most professional, and helpful that I have encountered.There is a stigma often associated with RV sales and service facilities. Not Rv Station!!!I would and do highly recommend Rv Station Waco. They were fantastic about getting us a fair trade for our motorhome. They went out of their way to help us to get a fair price for the motorhome we purchased. They were extremely attentive, insuring we were happy.They worked with us on inspecting and walk through and had no problem taking care of any issues or imperfections on the new motorhome.Larry from Service gave us a walk-through and his attention to detail was astounding. I want to give a shout out to Sandy in sales, Chuck in financing, Amy in Service who were all involved as well as Heath general manager as well.This is the place to service and buy any and all RV needs.
