Photos on website misleading. They are when park was new or in fall/winter. We were just there and the areas between sites looked like they hadn’t been touched since last year, overgrown with weeds. They did however mow the dog site. Lots were big and roomy, none of long timers looked bad. Mentioned the weeds to camp host and she kinda blew me off. Laundry was clean. Next door to cement plant so some truck noise all day. Very close to downtown Waco.

Stayed for 2 weeks. So very close to Waco that you're practically in Waco. Clean well maintained park. Several full timers but they are not junky with their sites. Lots of cypress trees and spots aren't on top of one another. We will come back if in the Waco area again.

What a great place! Easy reservation process, done totally online. Got an immediate email confirmation containing WiFi password and reservation information. Got here today, it’s online check in. Love it! Sites are clearly marked. The RV park is well maintained. There’s even a trash can right near the site. They have a laundry area, and a DOG PARK with a fence. There are doggie poop bags available not only at the dog park, but every so often between the RV sites. The owner has made this place very welcoming. I would go out of my way to stay here. Everyone here smile and wave. 5 stars all the way!!

Very nice campground, the sites are spacious with room between sites. The sites are level. The wifi worked good most of the time. I can't speak to the facilities as I didn't use them. I would recommend it.

We loved staying in the one cottage on site. Very comfortable and great kitchenette! Easy to get into Waco and surrounding towns for delicious food and shopping! We will be staying here again!

We stayed at Camp Caravan in our 5th wheel for a week while visiting Grandkids in Lorena. Site has pea gravel cover which can get dusty when really dry but is much better than crushed gravel and provided good drainage when we got rain. Site was wide enough to park truck beside rig and sloped back to front which made the front of the rig higher than we have ever had it before (but was nice because you could stand up under the front). Park is extremely quiet during the day while full-timers are working and remains quiet in the evening. We did not find it a negative that there isn't a bathhouse since all sites are FHU. Chapel Road on the way in needs some maintenance and has no shoulder but we didn't have any issues. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice, more remote/rustic campground with what seem like mostly longer-term 'residents'. The owner responds to email/voicemail very promptly and is very flexible which was important given we had to keep extending our stay 1 day at a time to get through the ice storm in the area! The wifi is speedy and stable. Nice short trail for a dog walk etc. We didn't use the laundry room but it's available and even has a couch while you wait! Expect to be a couple miles from the store and things like that. Not really any negatives, but if the owner could make some plans to treat or service the road in/out during these ice storms (which seem to be annual now), that would be great. Being shaded, the road doesn't melt quickly or it refreezes and it was a thick sheet of ice from our space - the first in the campground - all the way to the city street. The cement plant wasn't an issue, everything was quiet when we were there.
