It is a nice quiet place, even on the weekends. At least while I was there. Very nice looking and well taken care of.

was there for about a year was pretty good overall. only issue i had was i was kicked out for having 2 vehicles and two guests from time to time. owner was nice besides that

Stayed for 2 weeks. So very close to Waco that you're practically in Waco. Clean well maintained park. Several full timers but they are not junky with their sites. Lots of cypress trees and spots aren't on top of one another. We will come back if in the Waco area again.
