Now, we can't recommend them highly enough ourselves!From the very beginning, Aquanauts impressed us. Their design team was fantastic at listening to our ideas and turning them into a beautiful, functional pool design. They were patient with our revisions and really helped us create our dream backyard oasis.The construction process itself was smooth sailing. The crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They kept the worksite clean and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. We unfortunately had our original pool company Moonlight Pools go out of business stealing over $25k of our money and leaving us with an unfinished pool with no one to complete it. Rusty and the entire team at Aquanauts stepped up big time to help complete our pool. They were very understanding of our situation, they were thorough to go through everything we had and address any issues that needed to be covered in order to have a quality functioning pool.In the end we ended up getting better quality plaster and pool equipment than we originally would have received. We went with the black onyx plaster and it definitely looks great.The communication and promptness of this company was a completely better experience than we were getting prior.I only wish I would've found Aquanauts from the beginning to save us from the hassle.Thank you Aquanauts for helping us get our pool going before the summer hit.

We needed a remodel and some work on an existing pool. We contacted multiple companies, and they either didn’t want to deal with a small job, never showed up, or never got back to us with a bid. Finally called Aquanauts. They were very responsive. Did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. Any time I contacted them with a concern, they were right on it. Auquanauts installed our pool about three years ago and did a great job but anyone who owns a pool knows that it is service afterwards that really counts. During a recent storm, lightning took out our pool pump and robot. I called the office the next morning and we were up and running by the afternoon. Not only was our pool fixed in a timely manner, the staff made us feel like we were their only customers. Thank you, Kathy, Jamie, and Crystal.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was frustrating to say the least .. 13 months after cash deposit pool was not finished.. was lied to many times . poor communication from the business.. had to go with another company to finish the job .one star bout all I could give .. another review said it best . First I should say that I have read all the other reviews and it's part of the reason we chose aquanauts to do our pool. Unfortunately it was not the experience we had in building our pool. Getting started was great and we were told we were getting the top of the line. From the first day of digging it became less about what we wanted and more about what was easiest to build. Communication wasn't great and instead of a pool that we could use the first of March, we started the first week of January, we still aren't finished and it's the second week of May. Most of the individual contractors were good, but little things that were missed along the way became bigger issues down the line and we had to sacrifice what we wanted for what could now be done because of the lack of attention to detail, despite the fact that I pointed these things out early on. They will tell you it will be fixed in the next stage. But stage after stage it still isn't right. I'm not sure where it happened but I think somewhere along the way aquanauts became more concerned about quantity of pool getting built than the quality they seemed to have from the other reviews online. I was told multiple times after bringing mistakes to their attention that I wouldn't be able to notice it once the pool was full of water. This is for the most part true, but it wasn't done right to start with and that's an issue. I am giving 2 stars because it is a beautiful pool and we are happy to have it, but I am shocked that someone who has done this so long, and seemingly so well, would have done it this way. There were things we weren't told, things we were that then changed, and things we still haven't been told, like how to operate the equipment that runs the pool. The expensive lights we put in the pool were crooked, which I agree is hard to tell with the water in it, but you are doing it, just do it right. Overall I hope that we enjoy it because at this point if I had to do it over I would not put in a pool. I have yet to meet someone in person who would recommend the company that built their pool and sadly I can say the same thing. One thing I will say is that if you use aquanauts be sure that you ask all the questions you can. Read the contract fully before signing, make sure you have an agreement that you can live with and be ready for a wild ride.

Aquanauts is great! Toby and Kathy were very informative and transparent through the entire process. Getting the build started was challenging for all parties involved whether it was Covid related supply chain delays or Snow-pocalypse impact on parts availability. Through it all the Aquanauts team kept up informed and up to date on progress and information.Jamey and the build team were on top of every aspect of the build and responded promptly to answer and/or address any questions or concerns we had. They did a fantastic job of maximizing the limited space we had to work with and delivered an exceptional product.We could not be more happy with the end product and our new back yard piece of paradise.Services: Custom Swimming pool design

We just finished our pool in January & had a good experience with them. The sub-contractors were very professional and accommodating. Our site manager, Jaime was outstanding. He was quick to respond and very easy to work with throughout the whole process, which was finished much faster than I ever expected. I recommend them to anyone in this area looking to out in a pool.
