My main problem is with the Wendy's app. It is terrible. Not easy. Not intuitive. You are a national chain. Fix your app and make it user friendly. You've lost a lot of my business because of it.

Clean and the food was pretty normal for a Wendy's. The staff looked depressed but still did everything right.

They forgot part of my order and had to ask me what I ordered. Then they brought me half of the order, and I had to tell them again that there were still missing items.
