Every single pharmacist and pharmacy tech up there has been awesome but today I had a major problem with Desiree. I was very confused about why I was getting a prescription that I already take and get from my PCP from September instead of getting my usual prescription that last me a month and now I am only getting one that’s going to last me 5 to 10 days I was very very confused as to why I wasn’t getting my usual dosage and she raised her voice at me And had a horrible attitude when there was no need for one and I was not rude first. I am a very nice and calm/understanding person in general. I am disabled, but before I became disabled, because of my autoimmune diseases, I’ve worked customer service for over a decade And that is not how you talk to someone who is simply just confused about something that Is unusual. Like I said, I have never had an issue and Holly and every other pharmacist tech has been great. Desiree needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn how to calm her tone and not be mean to someone simply just because a patient is confused about Their meds and why the medication from September is being filled in January!! Very unhappy, and would love to speak to someone higher up.

It's pretty good, they seem to stock all the basics but the options are not as diverse as a Walgreens or CVS. But it is convenient beyond any doubt

My doctor calls in a prescription for me. I drive 30 minutes to get there. Then you guys tell me that I just need to come back later. The is only 3 in line. I’m type 2 diabetic. I am high risk. You want me to come back later because you can’t count 30 pills in to a little jar. So I need to be at more risk. Way to go Walmart!
