Love that I can get in and out quickly without dealing with the supercenter. Everyone is friendly but they always seem to have a lot of empty spots?? I don't know if it's lack of ordering, stocking or they just stay that busy but more products would be nice.

Just was in line with a Stocker - I think name was Davian . A super nice worker . Helped me with scanning my item in the self serve and paid for item before I knew what was happening . I tried to stop , but he said that's what a good employee does ! What a wonderful surprise. Talk about customer service and playing forward . Thank you for brightening my day . I'm sorry if name not correct .

Very poorly run store. Went in there about a week ago and there was no milk, of any kind. None. Half of the frozen food section was empty. Pathetic. Went back today and was lucky enough to get the last gallon of milk in the case. Early afternoon on a Sunday and there was once again little to no milk. It's pretty damn pathetic how poorly this store is being run. They also "stock" during hours and are always in the way of shoppers. Any store who gives a damn about therecustomers don't stock in the middle of the day. Update: nothing has changed. Still very poorly run and operated. Stocking during the busiest hours of the day yet not stocking the necessities. Whoever the manager is should be fired, immediately.

I always used the Wal-Mart Supercenter on down Gilmer Road from The Neighborhood Marketplace, but decided to give it a try. I was very impressed on how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. I didn't pass a single one that didn't speak to me or ask if I needed help. I love the fact that I don't have to walk from one end to another to get shampoo, body wash and make up. It's all there in the store. Granted it may not carry all the items that the grocery part of the Supercenter, but you can zip in and out within minutes.

I really like this store in a more 4 star way. However there are a some inconsistencies here that keep it at a three. 4-5 stars for the deli. All those I have come in contact have been great. 4 stars for late night associates and I see them often 2 stars for recent change to closing at 11 pm. Bummer for a night owl. 4-5 stars for good employees. 1 star for bad employees who are unfriendly and use profanity around customers. Somehow that averages to 3 stars. This will continue to be my main food store. Good prices and quick in and out are what keeps me coming back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I go here once to twice per week to get gas because it's usually less expensive. Every cashier I've ever encountered at the gas hub is rude or doesn't even acknowledge you. This time, the lady was talking on her cell phone on speaker and I had to repeat myself because she wasn't listening. They don't say hello, how are you, or even thank you! It's horrible. I'm going to find a better place to go even if it means paying more.

Let me start off and say that I am not a fan of Walmart. I am one of those guys who comments about the freak show that walks through the stores in Texas, Utah, Las Vegas. But the thing that impressed me was the Walmart Neighborhood Grocer. It is nice to grocery shop and not have to stand in the checkout line with shoppers from other departments.
