So I see everyone speaking on the pharmacy but not the rude old racist lady in the front. That old hag has one more time to cough in my face like that. She claimed the man before me was wearing something that was irritating her, but the was no scent what so ever. Funky or good. The first time she was "new", second time she still in training (a few months pasted) and each time she was always coughing. Say what yall want but that heffa racist. Until we meet again.

Wow, all these reviews speak volumes! Thinking corporate should evaluate this store and make some major changes. I'm leaving a review because the automated phone system SUCKS! If you are going to have A.I. answer instead of a human, then set it up where you can select a number in order to put in your refill information. Your A.I. bot cannot understand English! Things actually went way more smoothly and weren't as complicated before so much "technology". It isn't progress if it's not getting things accomplished. Just sayin'.

Worst pharmacist I've ever seen. I was yelled at and told to go to anther pharmacy for asking why they kept hanging up while I was on hold for an hr. I'll be changing pharmacies tomorrow.

The pharmacist Heather is very rude and disrespectful with a sort careless attitude. How walgreens allows someone with such blatant disrespect represent them is beyond me. How embarrassing!

Honestly if I could give their pharmacy less than 1 star I would. When a dr electrinicly sends over a RX the patient has nothing to do with what was called in or how the DR wrote the script.

It's been a few months since my last review of this place, and I thought I would provide an update of my experiences there. I'm sorry to say that the quality of service at this Walgreens is even worse than before. I've been to many, many pharmacies in the past few years, and the apathy and indifference at this place has exceeded my wildest nightmares. For example, they are routinely out of stock for many common medications. The latest policy seems to be to fill just a few day's worth of meds, forcing you to return in less than a week to try to get the remainder of the Rx. If you are silly enough to try using the Walgreens app to see if the scrip is ready, it will likely say (for several DAYS in a row) that it is "in process". Mistake #2 would be to try to phone the pharmacy to check on its status. You will wade through a lengthy phone tree to ultimately be told that there are "X" number of callers ahead of you, followed by intermittent renditions of 1970's-style elevator music. I once waited on this phone torture test for 35 minutes, before I threw in the towel. During this time, I foolishly thought that I would actually get to speak with a live person, since the dumb recording said that THERE WAS ONE CALLER AHEAD OF ME! I seriously doubt the pharmacy was talking to only one person for 35 minutes... but I guess it could be true. I decided to go to the pharmacy in person, hoping I could get someone to fill my Rx. I decided to return to the pharmacy on the day AFTER the pharmacist said my scrip would be ready. HA!!! The joke's on me! After waiting in the L-O-N-G line inside the store for 35 minutes (12 people in line ahead of me), I was told by the indifferent pharmacy tech that my one scrip was not ready, and it would be 45 minutes to an hour before it was. I said I would wait. My concerns grew when I heard the same tech tell several other people the same thing: up to an hour wait for each person. So... in about an hour we would likely see a flurry of activity! I could go on forever, but you get the idea. The customer "no-service" sucks here. If I could give it NEGATIVE 5 STARS, I would.

Had my life saving Paxlovid Rx sent here to protect me after getting Covid, you have to take this ASAP in order to avoid ER or possible death. They gave me the run around, sent me to another store. 5 hour run around for nothing and said its not their fault, coupon stuck in their system?? Told me to pay $1600 or go to ER. UNEXCUSABLE Pharmacists behavior, dishonest!!!! Worse they do not answer phone. When they are aware in these COVID times and time being of the essence to take this prescription before 5th day. They caused me more harm running me around 5 hours for ZERO. Please hire professionals or shut this place down!!!!

Was on hold for 50 minutes on the phone then just went to the store and was in line for 40 minutes. As someone who’s worked at a pharmacy it’s really not that hard to have some respect for your patients time.

Sitting outside in the pharmacy drive thru. One lane is closed and the other has 7 cars in it. So decide to go inside there are 8 people in line. Of course you have one register open. Very frustrating. For the business you all do. All lanes should be open with a cashier at each. About time to switch pharmacies.

Most people give Walgreens in Longview a hard review. In my experience as a monthly RX need, they try very hard to get it out ASAP. Most times I can wait in the store and do a little shopping while I wait. The staff is courteous, professional and strives to get your RX filled. There are times when complications come up but it's 99% not the pharmacist fault. There is a medication shortage coming and the DEA has cut 50% of some medicine altogether. Challenges are in front of all of us, so we as a whole need to push for US companies to make it here at home. Hope this review helps someone.

Rude staff when calling to check on status of meds that you needed yesterday which they were closed for a holiday. I guess when you have the flu i would definitely not use them!

Slowest show in town. As the last customer before lunch, after them having a full week for the prescriptions to be ready today. They inform me they are, in fact, not ready. Assures me they are putting it first to be ready at 2pm. It's 7pm and having been asked for our name 15 minutes have passed by since they went to "check on them"..Not coming back.. to this place.. everything getting transferred to somewhere else.. I walked around the building 2x while my girl waited this whole time.. such incompetence if like a government type agency.. just stupid..
