We could not locate $100, so we ask for a Manager. So, the emerging Manager said she would need to count the Cashier's drawer down to be sure. She counted it, went to the back, then came back up front. She said that the drawer was ,66 cents off, and then she said that the cashier didn't take your $100. First: we never even excused the cashier. 2: The Emerging Mgr was rude & unempathic towards our plight. We were hoping that she could view the video to see if it fell & someone picked it up. Otherwise, we knew that the young cashier didn't take it. We were thinking more towards that it was put in the drawer by accident. However, what set wrong with us - was the Managers attitude. People prefer kindness and understanding when they're in a dilemma, not unkindness and rudeness. Who would not be upset to lose a $100 bill? Even if I was wealthy, I would still be upset. If the shoe was on the other foot, that Manager would want empathy. I think re-training in Customer Service is in order.

Never had an issue in the last few years until now. I have a severe cold and pregnant so just great right? I get my cold medicine and go up to the register. The lady is behind me at an isle putting stickers down. I stand there for 5 minutes, not trying to be rude. I finally say "ma'am" in case she just hadn't saw me. She said "I'm coming, I saw you a minute ago". Okay I pushed it off. Then she came up saying that they assign her to things other than just standing there, with a huge attitude. I said "okay yes ma'am". Already annoyed; I swipe my card 5 times before the card reader finally reads it then I apologize and explain it wasn't reading the card then she says, again with attitude, "it takes time, it's slow" like I was stupid. I understand what it's like as I've worked in retail before but I shouldn't have had to stand there for 5 minutes waiting on her d*mn stickers and the attitude was unnecessary when I hadn't done anything but be nice to her.

Absolutely rude at the pharmacy. While trying to speak to the ladies about prescriptions not being delivered after I had already paid for them 5 days prior, the pharmacist dropped the phone and walked away from the window. Gave no explanation as to why the medication was mailed. Receptionist was very rude as well, not just to me but other customers also. Will be switching to a different pharmacy. All of this was after waiting 86 MINUTES on hold to speak to someone and couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. Clearly neither of them care about being there and taking care of customers.

Wouldn't fill our non narcotic 20 pill count script needed for nausea/ vomiting even though script had been received earlier. Refused to fill because they were closing in 10min, even though we were the only people in line. Just came from ER, so it was called in by a hospital and obviously needed. Said they wouldn't have it ready until 1130am the next day, even though I explained that the person receiving the script was obviously very sick, and we lived over an hour away. Guess they would rather have someone vomiting all night so that they can clock out right on time! Laziness and lack of care at its best!

My prescription was called in at 11:30am, by 2:20 it still wasn’t ready.Came back and decided to try the drive through- Don’t go through this unless you wanna wait 45 min behind only 3 cars. Absolutely insane. They weren’t busy either. Taking my service elsewhere in the future!

After waiting in line.to pick up a prescription......I was last car in line and pulled up......they looked at me and put the lunch sign up....then walked away. Store manager Jerry said he could not open them up. Just unprofessional and clearly don't care. So I waited for them to open and asked the pharmacist about why they just shut down when they could have helped me in about 30 seconds - he just stared and said "we close for lunch at 130". I said I was the last car in line - you could have helped me and he said "we close for lunch at 130".....and walked off. No wonder their 1.8 rating is so bad. They clearly don't care...

Do not go to this store they will charge you twice even when you have a receipt they make you go to your bank and have shown proof. Unless you cash please don't go to this store

Every time I have needed a prescription after hours, we have to use this pharmacy because it is the only one open late in our town. They are always behind or have no idea what we are there to pick up. If I could give them no stars, I would. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I wish there was a half star rating! So tonight I'm at home watching the Rams and Bengals play MNF. I decided to call this Walgreens to refill my allergy medication. The automated system would not verify my refill ( I have 4 left). So it placed me in que to speak to a live person.. Fast forward 2 hours later and at 10:02 pm the phone was hung up on me. I never even spoke to ONE PERSON, never was acknowledged, never got to even place the request for a refill.

Don't use the pharmacy at this store... They will not answer the phone or communicate with you! They pick up a call without saying anything and then put it back on hold. The same behavior occurs if you use the automated calling system, call the main store and asked to be transferred to the pharmacy. They are severely understaffed.
