Giving a 1 star because that's the lowest possible. Called the pharmacy to see if they have a prescription medication in stock. It's a medicine that there's a shortage of right now. pharmacy tech "Keesha"? said she couldn't give that information over the phone for the safety of the store. What? What does that even mean? She just didn't want to walk the 10 steps to actually check for me. Why is it that EVERY other Walgreens gladly gave me the info, even the ones that ended up having the medication in stock. Shameful

Lady working cashier on January 30 2024 at 5:35 pm was talking about previous customers to current customers calling people white trash. Amazing how she has a job considering she does it all the time! Will record and post on social media next time!

If I could give them below a one I absolutely would, I called the pharmacy three times this morning, someone answered, laughed and hung up, and I was put on hold the rest of the time until the phone would just hang up, I called the store instead, all I needed was to know if they had any ear infection medicine for toddlers, the store front worker put me on hold, didn’t even check in his system to see if they have any and he fully intended to just leave me on hold until I’d hang up because he seemed very surprised when I was on hold and it did an automatic call back after being on the line so long, he then proceeded to tell me he could just transfer me to the pharmacy so I explained the situation and instead of him helping he said well I can direct you to the pharmacy if you want (a second time). I stayed calm with everyone and at first wasn’t even going to make a review but this is ridiculous…ps love how the guy I dealt with has been there a “week” at no point was he actually trying to do his job and there’s no reason he should be hanging up on customers, leaving them on hold, laughing in their face and when I asked to speak to his manager he put me on hold.

Terrible service at this location (511 E Marshall Avenue, Longview, Texas). I arrived at 1pm to a packed drive thru, which is normal since they are right by a local hospital. Waited in line for half an hour. When I finally got up to the window the woman pulled down the shade and told me they were closing for lunch since it was 1:30. First, it was not 1:30 yet (my phone showed 1:28), and second you should take care of those waiting before you close for lunch. I pointed out to her that I had been waiting in line for half an hour. She just repeated her statement and left.I pulled around, went inside to speak with the manager about the poor customer service I just received. There was nobody at the front of the store. Ended up having to go to the photo center. The only person who had good customer service apologized and went to get a manager. She came back with a man who I am not sure was the manager since his tag only had a name. No help on his part either, as he just said they go to lunch at 1:30 and they had no control over the pharmacy. I asked how he would feel if he waited in line for half an hour and had that happen. He responded he would probably be mad too. I asked if there was someone above him I could speak with. He gave me the 1800 Walgreens number.I called the number and was placed on hold by the automated system. After waiting for 50 minutes to speak with someone it disconnected my call. Been a customer at this location since it opened. This is not the first time I have received this low level of customer service at this location, but this will be the last time as I will take my business elsewhere. Doubt Walgreens even cares since this is the level of customer service they seem to be OK with. Just terrible at every level.

The pharmacy is so rude she literally answered the phone an said what is your issue .. while I was just trying to get my medications switched to another store . I hope the conversation is recorded I will be speaking with corporate office.

Put on hold by pharmacy for 27 minutes while they blatantly ignored me till finally automated voice tells me sorry try again later goodbye CLICK!!! FINALLY DROVE OVER TO THE PLACE WHERE I FIND THE STAFF HANGING AROUND LAUGHING DOING NOTHING DUE TO BEING SLOW. YET HELPING ME OVER THE PHONE WAS JUST TO DIFFICULT APPARENTLY!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH WALGREENS NEVER!!!
