Every time I call there is always more than three callers ahead of me and drags on for a wait of two hours then they cut you off and again you have to call and the wait starts again you can do better to take care of customers no wonder you have such bad reviews you would think you would do something to improve your service I also called about a week ago and was on hold for a hour so went to pharmacy and stood and watched while you had me on hold and not one person in line waiting so what is really going on there!!

My pharmacy I usually use doesn’t have my medication and won’t until October. I called here to see if they have it in stock. The pharmacist James was WONDERFUL! He made getting my prescription from one pharmacy to his so painless. He made it so easy and he was super nice and understanding about my need for this certain medication. You rock James!

I had to go here twice on 2/24/23 and again on 2/25/23 to get all my prescriptions, and when I went the last time they couldn't find my prescription. It took 10 minutes of 4 people looking for it, and the rude woman at the counter never apologized for the delay and was rude as hell. She literally barely spoke the threw my med in a bag and threw it at me. So you're mad because y'all suck?!? Changing pharmacies. I wasn't there for pain or anxiety rx... it was for my damn bp med after I was discharged from neuro icu. 1 star is too generous.

I called all three stores in the Longview are looking for a specific medication. All three stores put me on hold, saying the pharmacist was on another line. I waited 10 minutes for the 4th street store because it was closest to the hospital. No one EVER answered the phone. I had to call Walmart. They charged me full price because I have GoodRx gold and they wouldn't accept the insurance. I KNOW Walgreens does. I am on a fixed income and thank goodness my Mom could help me pay. I hope SOMEONE from Walgreens reads this and takes note of my complaint.

I have filled prescriptions here for years. The Pharmacy staff is often very rude. Today was the final straw. I'm transferring all of my families prescriptions to another Pharmacy.

Terrible customer service manager is Garbage i was told prescription was ready drove 20 min showed up just for them to say closed i said pharmacy is open 45 more min she said not the inside so i go back outside get in truck try to get in pickup line manager ran outside like a STATE TROPPER yelling put a cone in front of him don't let him go i got out truck said i just needs my kids medicine he's sick and waited all day she said can't help you have a great day i almost LOST it but stayed calm and took a deep breath this place should really be in HOT WATER for how they treat people disgusted

Walgreens doesn't have the Johnson and Johnson single shot vaccine either. So I'm wondering if they ran out or if they have some kind of deal cut to only offer Pfizer's vaccine. I can't find the J&J single shot vaccine anywhere in Longview

I have to brag on the new Pharmacist at this location, his name is Hunter. One of my daughters had an emergency while we were in the store, he came to our aid and stayed with us to make sure she was okay. He even went so far as to call and check on her a couple of days later! His help was greatly appreciated. Always nice to give recognition to someone that goes above and beyond!!

Ok yeah changing my first review if I could I would give them 000000000000 stars!!!!! Omygosh if they don't just close down out of the blue for deep cleaning. Which is a bunch of crock!! We are having snow and ice out side yes the roads are bad but drivable I did it a lot. My doctor called or emailed how ever they do it now days my medications in on Tuesday the 16 of February!!!!! Well I'm out of my medications now like out!!!! I'm not supposed to run out of my medications. My body will go into withdrawals and I could possibly start having a seizure and my third medication is well to put me to sleep because my chronic pain will not let me get more than a hours time of sleep So pain meds seizure meds and sleep meds. Been out completely y'all!!! Because they didn't want to open the pharmacy at all because of weather. The damn beer stores are open non stop!!! McDonald's and sonic or even open!!! But a place where people have to get stuff to keep them alive can't open for at least one day to get people their medications that cannot be sent to another pharmacy because of it being a controlled substance is bullshit!!!! Whenever I can and however I can I will find another pharmacy that actually cares about their customers and their customers well-being then Walgreens on the Loop 281. Oh yeah and get this on the app and online they keep saying they were open so I drove awhile to get there just to have them not open!!!!and for y'all ppl that say just go else where oh I would love too but I can only go where my doctor tell me or let's me since I get controlled substance crap.

Slow service with rude people. Will not return. Sat for an hour and a half while sick and feeling terrible waiting for antibiotics and cough syrup. The lady at the counter was very rude (witnessed her roll her eyes at customers as well as just being very short in her responses). Also over heard another lady talking to a customer on the phone, being very rude and short to the customer while explaining why after an hour or more, they had only filled one of two prescriptions (hadn't even started the second because it was sent electronically and they had not checked it).
