had a problem with my phone it was the phone protector i bought from some where else. she was very helpful and tried to get the phone to work with the protector. she took care of the problem and even helped with the car set up. very patient and made sure I understood every thing. her name was Laci.

Collin is a world class customer service representative. He willfully helped me move my parents from AT&T to my Verizon plan so they would have signal. He transferred their original phone numbers, data, contacts and tons of pictures. We were completely broomed out of the 4th st location, and never made it past the doormat. He is my new "phone guy" for me and my 70yr old mother. He never hesitated. 1 in four people is over 65..We need more Colllins to help navigate changing technology.

Today we received the best customer service from G. Walls and walked out with brand new iphones. Being a former AT&T customer, we were pleasantly surprised, and thrilled to make the switch to verizon. During the switch, Walls was honest, relatable, and helped us find the best deal possible. Walls helped met and exceeded our expectations when starting our switch and upgrades into new phones. He also helped us move all our data (all 30,000 pictures) with patience and willingness during an expected 2 hour wait. Lastly, he quickly answered all questions we had with confidence and sureness we would be satasified. We are more than pleased with G. Walls' service and can't wait with our future with Verizon Wireless. I can't believe i have a new phone in my hand without the headache of AT&T!
