I like the store and I've never had any employee be rude to me or my man in any store like in this one and this is the reason for the three star review.This has been years ago so you may not have that same employee there now, we don't recall her name but the way she was so snippy towards us was unnecessary.

Spent 1300 on something we thought would be fun.. turns out it really sells for 599 and it very cheaply made... store does not offer returns or customer satisfaction garrantee as it says on thier website but apparently the online does very disappointing. Feel ripped off amazon had these 599 with free shipping. We bought this 11/10/2023 opened tried to set it up and it just felt so cheap we put it back and i called 11/11 and was just told no on the phone.

Great place and people but some products didnt do as they said.. i was left dry and unhappy? and cant return it it is a risk as everything is so do keep that in mind♥️ customer service was helpful n understanding!

I had such a very good experience shopping there today. The two ladies that were there were very helpful and very nice and made me feel very comfortable for a first time shopper would definitely go there again.

Cool place! Great selection of items. Lots of variety. I went in not expecting very much and was pleasantly surprised--they had some brands I can't even find at the big city toy stores in Houston/Dallas. Staff was nice :)

The manager Erica is one of the most rudest Unprofessional mangers I have ever met!! She made it very obvious she is racist!! She definitely don’t need that position!! The owners definitely need to find a better one!! With your response that speaks alot!! Have a blessed day!!

Omg, going into a store such as this I felt a little uneasy, embarrassed if you will. Looking like a fish out of water, but many questions to ask was freaky... FORTUNATELY, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE advisor, Aaryn Rich, stepped up to the counter and immediately set the pace with the most informed and excited personality showed us exciting new products and definitely knew all the right things to say. All the unease was gone and we went home excited to enjoy the fun and exciting new was to spice up our adult time...the store was amazing. Clean and plenty of things to talk about on the way home. I give him a hard 5 stars. Without him, I promise ya we wouldn't have bought a thing. Thanks Aaryn. You did that. And oh your suggestions were on point. I could go on and on about it. But, He can show you better than I can tell ya.
