Sold us some bad coils. Most smoke shops will replace the one or two that are bad. We got 2 individuals. One was bad. They told us it's not their fault and to contact geek vape, i asked for the lot number off the box but did not give it to us. The woman was rude when my husband went in as well.

They always have the exact kratom I need and the prices are reasonable. They also have a point system, whereby if you make enough purchases, you'll have enough points to buy something for free.

It’s today, 5 Jan @ 6:30p, and I can’t go in to buy something because the lone employee decided to mop early. I was actually told I can’t come in and would have to wait as he just mopped. He’s probably trying to close down and leave early although the place doesn’t close until 8 or 9p. If that isn’t substandard service, I don’t know what is. This place benefits from being the only vape shop near here. I’ve never been impressed with the service, but this is one of those, “am I being Punked” type moments. Oh well, maybe it’s a sign that I should quit vaping…for that, I give two stars.

Very well organized, clean and full of amazing products. The staff was great very friendly and the lettering i seen was super cool, this was done at the 5th street store in Springfield, IL!! Best store in 3 states!!

The lady who works there, and is there seemingly every time I go there is extremely unhelpful and I am pretty sure she's just unknowledge about the products. I was interested in kratom and it was like she had never dealt with it before. Either she didn't know or didn't care enough to tell me what I needed to know. I could not get her help with the disposable vapes a few days later. Again it was like she had never heard of it. I wanted to know which had more puffs and I really never got her to answer me. I have vision problems and I literally couldn't see the boxes she kept vaguely pointing at. I finally just chose one and hoped for the best. I chose wrong but there's no policy to help with that. I'm just stuck with it. Surely this cannot be the owner of the place. I was SHOCKED to see this is a large company with many stores.

Just went in there to get an elf bar and gummies- there were two other customers speaking with the one person who was working, they were together. The person working didn't say hello or acknowledge me while I was in there for at least 5 minutes waiting and looking around. Terrible customer service. Will not go back.
