I discovered Hot Box about a year ago. Every single employee in the store is always SO kind, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions, they will be truly happy to share their knowledge and help answer them. They also have the option of using a silicone mouth piece thing and trying the vapes before you buy them, which is an absolute money saver.
The pre-roll, flower, and accessory section is pretty great too. Again, everyone is so willing to honestly answer any questions.
Truly, a great place to be able to go. I love not feeling rushed or overwhelmed when I walk in.

They wouldn't return a defective blue lotus pen. Got talked down to by this one guy when I brought up the issue. Now I'm left with a $35 paper weight I can't use. Wouldn't recommend
