“Super nice guy that runs the place. Willing to will and deal with you on most products in the store. They have a great selection to choose from no matter what you are looking for and not too bad on pricing. The only issue I have ever had is with the vapes. I have gotten at least three different name brands and either it only worked for a couple of days and supposed to be 4000 puffs, or I have had the grape QBox that when you hit it the vape would keep firing after you stopped hitting it. I had an Escobar that only operated properly one day then it after charging it for a full day it still was very difficult to get it to give a good hit. I can't remember what the deal was with the third one, but I immediately stopped using the vape as soon as I noticed an issue and I took it back with the Reciept from the day before along with the vape and demonstrated what it was doing only to be told it was normal for it to run out in two days which is completely false, but nonetheless I wasn't offered or given a refund nor was I able to exchange it for another one of the same price and brand. That really upset me because of the amount of business I have brought there, and the fact that the vapes are $20-$30 dollars each. Other than this situation I have been pretty satisfied.”

“I would give it a 5 but there is one lady that works in this location that has been rude everytime I go in to buy anything. Her attitude is always like she is pissed because I have a question or picky on something I am paying for. Just feel like we are the customers an your job is to answer questions an take time to give us what we want. The manager an other staff members have been great to deal with. I prefer to walk out if she is the only person to wait on me. I have started goin across town to avoid going in here due to that one employee.”

“I discovered Hot Box about a year ago. Every single employee in the store is always SO kind, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions, they will be truly happy to share their knowledge and help answer them. They also have the option of using a silicone mouth piece thing and trying the vapes before you buy them, which is an absolute money saver.
The pre-roll, flower, and accessory section is pretty great too. Again, everyone is so willing to honestly answer any questions.
Truly, a great place to be able to go. I love not feeling rushed or overwhelmed when I walk in.
