Stacy and Gerald were amazing. I had a bad experience in Kilgore with my passport services and they made it so quick and easy. They were very knowledgeable about everything you needed and they were very accommodating if you needed any help please for the love of God go here instead of Kildore

Terrible at delivering packages from Amazon and you go up there to see if you can get it and they say it’s been delivered when a package hasn’t arrived. Seems a little sketchy to me.

This post office is seriously the best!! The staff there is invariably SO helpful and pleasant every time I go in there. I went in there early this morning to try to track down a package that a vendor had mailed late that was supposed to have arrived over the weekend and was needed today. The staff worked hard to help me track down this package and get it to me. But more than just today, every Christmas I am at this location to mail Christmas packages and they are always so cheerful and helpful in the midst of all the holiday mail rush. I am always thankful for this post office.

Horrible customer service. You will be lucky to get your mail once a week. If you have packages coming good luck! Something needs to be done about this!

Package stolen
USPS tracking number doesnt exist anymore so Im unable to file a complaint. Maybe there should be an investigation on your entire building for theft.

Was a little nervous going to get passports for our teens with special needs. Divana made the whole experience awesome. She was welcoming, patient, friendly and helpful. The world needs more people like her. It’s obvious that she loves people and her job as well. Thank you!!!

Won’t give us our mailbox key and I haven’t been able to get my mail in over a week. Carrier won’t hand it to me because I need a key. So it’s not my fault I can’t get my mail and you want me to wait longer because you’re lazy and won’t “get my key ready?” Right. Ok. I have important documents I need out of my mailbox!!!

All fake reviews wouldn't be 3.7 stars if they have that many 5 stars plus it's all automatic calls no reps even though I have lost 3 packages now due to the postman putting them in the wrong mailbox

Had a wonderful experience with one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life today. Me and my wife got our passports done at this post office and Gerald was the guy who took care of us. He was so nice and easy to deal with. We had some laughs and just an overall GREAT experience working with him. He was very professional yet kind and patient and made the process enjoyable. In this world that seems so chaotic and hateful great people do still exist and brings me much happiness meeting him and interacting with him. Although we did differ on nfl teams we had some good laughs as he processed our paperwork. He is a very special unique individual and I felt honored to have shook his hand as we left. Thank you Gerald so much for everything you do everyday and may GOD bless you!

The US Postal Service personnel were professional, friendly and patiently assist me with my passport for my trip in '2023. Will return for assistance with another passport in '2024, for a parent.
