I placed an order on wish 2 weeks ago. It was going well in transit. Until it got to the Longview center. They delivered to the wrong address! And still won't take responsibility for their mistake. But instead, tells me. That my information about my notification was wrong. Even though the tracking number was correct. And my shipping address was also correct. They still say it was delivered to my address. But the driver picture says otherwise. It was delivered to some business. Not my front door.

Microwave shipped by Amazon in original packaging. They advised this is standard procedure. They shipped via UPS. I live in a Senior citizen secured facility. UPS has delivered to my door before. I know they know the procedure for entrance. Yesterday, UPS left my microwave in the outer lobby. I did not receive a call. It could have easily been stolen. Two elderly women saw it, lifted onto ones walker and delivered it to me. Although nothing happened, I'm upset that could I have been out my microwave.

This week has been a fiasco with UPS. I don't know what is going on with the Longview UPS delivery center. I shipped a business package Next Day Air that was picked up on Monday and should have been delivered to its desitnation on Tuesday, however, apparently the package was either not taken to the Longview hub, or they just failed to scan it and send it on to the desitnation. So it did not get shipped on to the destination until Tuesday, and should have been delivered on Wednesday. Nope... it finally got delivered on Friday.
Our business is operated out of our home. I had 2 boxes that were supposed to be delivered to us on Tuesday. One was delivered, and according to the driver whom I spoke with while he was delivering, the other box was damaged and would be delivered on Wednesday. I checked the tracking and it was loaded on the truck on Wednesday morning for delivery. It never came. I checked tracking in the evening and it says business is closed so it was returned to Longview hub. It is our house. We were here. We have security cameras that record our entire street. UPS did not come here! Due to Thursday being 4th of July, I knew it would not be delivered then. Friday, the tracking shows that the box was again loaded on the truck for delivery that morning, and again at 5 pm the tracking says business closed. WE WERE HOME ALL DAY WORKING! NO ONE FROM UPS CAME! NO UPS TRUCK ON OUR SECURITY CAMERAS! NO BOXES LEFT ANYWHERE! What is going on????!!!! I cannot stand to be lied to. There needs to be a phone number (other than the customer service number) with an intelligent person somewhere that can tell me where my package is and why the drivers are lying about our business being closed when they never came at all. I will be happy to share video footage for both days. Get my package here!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service or should I say automated phone service, they clearly do not want to answer to their horrible service. They used to deliver to the door now just leave packages at end of driveway in the rain unprotected. FedEx delivered the same day to the door amazing service and nice driver will use them going forward...

Left 2 out of 3 packages at my house. The other package was left on the UPS truck. Got a message saying confirm my address. I think this is just the lazy way for them to not admit that they suck at delivering items and blame it on their system.

My package has been held for days with no reason. Says it will be almost a week before it’s delivered when it been at the location for days. I can’t change the pickup options because it keeps kicking me off. I can’t get ahold of a real person to talk for after 3 days of calling all the numbers I can find over and over again. No wonder the ratings r so low.

UPS cannot satisfy their agreement. Paid for expedited air. Air gets delayed and there is no recourse. The package is at the local facility in Longview but there is no way I can pick it up. It's my prayer that UPS goes out of business.

We have to get to the bottom of this. Before my latest shipment. My packages would go to Shreveport and arrive a day late. After informing them that Longview is actually 30 minutes closer. My packages haven't arrived on time to my local post office. After calling the help center. I was informed that they'll try to deliver it between 3pm-6pm. Basically closing time. The package leaves the center at 9am. Make this, make sense.

They offer no customer service at this store. They have only one drop box outside that os only emptied once a day. The box becomes overstuffed to where you can just open the lod, reach in and grab packages out that have piled towards the top. The place is disorganized and overwhelming. Worst ups ship center I've ever been to.

Remember they don't deliver your package if you live on farm to market roads.Even if you give gate codes and delivery instructions, they will just put the "sorry we missed you" on your gate and leave.I paid 5 dollars online to go pick up my package "same day hold for pickup" and not only was it not ready same day, i had to wait the whole weekend and go there next week.AND WHEN I WENT THERE IT SAID LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

They have gotten four of my packages stolen wouldn't give me any proof of drop off so I didnt get any refunds and customer service is horrible might see if there is some way to sue.

I dislike the open hours, but she is very helpful and fast, too.
