I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ulta (store 415) in Longview Tx on February 4, 2024. An associate name Britney was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. She was also very friendly and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Thank you Britney!!!

Went in to have my roots done to match my GOLDEN BLONDE hair, specifically saying NO ASH whatsoever. Turn around in my seat and my hair is almost gray with ash color and looked like straw. Got the manager and they just said they could fix it or put me with another stylist. Told them no one else from there would be touching my hair. All that was done was giving me a “1st time” discount. I was still made to pay $113 and my hair was coming out in clumps the next day. I spend quite a bit of money in there, and I will no longer set foot in that place. Avoid at all costs unless you want your hair falling out.

Went to this location for the first time this past week and was NOT impressed with the Management. They are very rude and act like what you're talking about is not worth their precious time. If I knew how to make a complaint to corporate I would. Customer Service should be a friendly experience, it was not.The workers were very nice and helpful. If you want help with ANYTHING go to the ladies on the sales floor, NOT Management. They have no clue what they're talking about.

I like the selection that Ulta offers but I get really tired of the register workers trying to force me to give my phone number at checkout. When I decline they tell me that I won't be able to return anything. After still declining (because I know this is actually not their policy) I am almost always treated rudely. Not sure what Ulta is doing to their employees that makes them take it so personally when I won't provide my number. It's for this reason that I only shop at Ulta when I need something specific. Otherwise, I avoid it. I would probably spend a lot more money there if they didn't hassle me every time I bought lip gloss.

I had Madison do my brow lamination and they’re still slaying the game 3 weeks later! I loved my experience while I was in her chair! Definitely would recommend booking with her!

I was nervous booking a hair appt here at first…I’m not the ‘social butterfly’…but my experience from booking my appointment online with absolutely no issues, getting an appt and in the chair within 1 hour and then getting the privilege of having such an amazing hair makeover afternoon was beyond 5 stars! Y’all rock! ?

I was not allowed to make purchase at the Longview location without giving my phone number. When I told the associate that I didn’t want to give a phone number I was told that it was required in case I “had an allergic reaction.” This seems like an odd policy. I politely declined and will make my purchase elsewhere.

Purchased cosmetic items, but when I went to the front register, they asked for my phone number which I did not want to give and I did not want their rewards card. The cashier, Nathaney, told me since I did not want to give my phone number that my purchase was non-refundable. After making the purchase, I read the back of the receipt that did not say I had to use a reward card. So I went back inside to tell the cashier that she was incorrect on the return policy. She seemed extremely irritated and told me even if I come back with a receipt for a return that they're just going to make me open a reward account anyway to get my money. I don't know if she gets bonus points for signing up people for reward cards but I do not appreciate being lied to or bullied to try to have a reward card. I called corporate to file a complaint, but I had to ask them to open a ticket of complaint. Customer service is really lacking in this company. In the future, I will not return to an Ulta store I will buy my cosmetics from Nordstrom's who by the way ships your items free.

Isabel at the brow bar is AMAZING! She is literally an angel. I suffer from Hirsutism and so I have a lot of thick stubborn hair on my face which is a huge point on insecurity for me but she is always so sweet about it. She never makes me feel weird or like I'm ugly. I have been to other places where they comment on it and make me feel self conscious. She is very gentle when waxing and she always makes sure that I am happy with the results. I will keep going here because she is the nicest person I have been to and she does an excellent job! She knows her stuff! Thank you so much Isabel!!
