Jennifer is awesome! She is the sweetest. She helped me with what looked good on me despite there not being changing rooms! I know it’s a trade off for the low prices!! Have never had better customer service. ❤️❤️

One of the best spots to buy good clothes for an affordable price. $8.99 or less for everything is just amazing. I love to shop in this place. The customer service was amazing. The lady was very polite and helpful and also showed us around the store.Will be back again for sure.

Great little store with people that work hard to make sure u are satisfied. Everything is 7 and 8.99 and some of the stuff is decent and if ur looking fir nice clothing fir not a high price tag then I'd recommend it.

WOW!! Horrid customer service. We weren’t even greeted when we walked in and when the clerk finally came out she was super depressing, like I get having a bad day but this was just out right guilt tripping. I picked a few items and realized my card was locked from a hold and didn’t have the amount I initially thought I had and asked to remove just a few things from my purchase to which the clerk “called” her boss when in reality I didn’t see her press a single button just put the phone to her ear and being to slander me loudly only to come back and say I HAD to buy all of the items because they were already rung up and “in the system” which makes no sense I’ve worked in retail for YEARS and every store I’ve worked at had the same or very similar systems you’re able to remove items when the purchase isn’t able to be made, but then she changed her story saying she could only remove 3 items but at that point I was fed up and told her that’s bad business to which she told me to not come back and best believe I won’t be. It’s a shame they have cute clothes but horrible staff and business practices.

Went in today to find a few cute outfits for my wife. We ended up getting four items (all apparently priced at 8.99) when checking out, the total came out to around 57 dollars. We decided to try to put a couple items back, but the employee informed us we weren't allowed to do so unless she called the manager. She then proceeded to pretend to call her manager and told us we could only take half of the items off of our total check. We decided to not get anything, resulting in her (the employee) telling us we were never allowed in the store again. Very bad service. She also wanted to tell us her entire life story.
