Tracy at the Tuxedo company was awesome! We know prom has to be a crazy busy season and that teen boys never change their minds. She was patient and accommodated some last minute changes. We knew the requests might not be able to be met, but she came through.From the initial sizing and choosing of style, color, etc, every detail was taken care of. They made it effortless.We will definitely be back for future formal needs.

inaccurate measurements with no offer to rectify the situation. although i did not try the suit on before the event, i was told over the phone they were sure it would fit. it came in very large. be sure to try the order on first.

My fiance went to the tuxedo co To order his Wedding day wear, When I came home he just said if I needed any alterations to my dress that I go there. So I took that advice. And I am so happy that I did not only was my dress altered in 1 day It was altered with less than a week from the wedding.Edwin did an amazing job. He was very kind and thorough with his work.This place has my business from here on out. Not only does he do dress alterations but he alters everyday Clothing as well.Ten out of ten recommend.And for anyone who's wondering. They have a fabulous inventory of not only wedding dresses. Prom dresses Brad's maid dresses and dresses for those that just want to look beautiful on a special night.

Absolute worst customer service. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even addressed me, mind you when I walked in i said hello to the lady that was working and she looked at me with disgust and walked to the back. I looked around until she came back out and told her I was there to inquire about a vest for a formal attire. Her attitude was horrible and I deeply regret coming to this establishment. My apologies but I definitely will not return. Treat people better, kindness doesn’t cost a thing.

We rented a tuxedo for our youngest son's senior prom. He's disabled. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our son comfortable during the fittings. I highly recommend their service because they know how to manage expectations, the cost is reasonable and the rental and return process is straightforward and easy to do. Thanks everyone! We look forward to graduation!

While the ($140 rental) Shirt, pants, suspenders and bow tie looked nice..the woman working was rude to 3 of the groomsmen as well as the groom. And they received the items 2 days before the wedding and then mixed up several peoples bow ties and suspenders. We will do business elsewhere in the future or just buy the outfits for cheaper than the rental cost is here.

Great prices and good quality! We went to Al's Formalwear first, and weren't satisfied with the price or customer service. The Tuxedo Co was so much more helpful and we picked out the perfect suits for the groom and groomsmen! We also used them back in 2017 and both times were professional and everything looked great.

For $150 for a shirt, jacket and tie, I expected my husbands jacket to fit much better than it did. Way way too big! Disappointed with the cost for a jacket that didn’t fit, and Being the Father of the bride it was an important occasion. Will not use them again.
