I went to Tuff Shed after getting other estimates. If I had gone there first I’d wouldn’t have bothered with the rest. Nathan Lamar was professional, competent, friendly and helpful in designing our building. He knew his job extremely well. Both he and the company are highly recommended.Their sub floor frame is galvanized steel. Head and shoulders above the rest of the competition.Services: Custom shed design

Purchased Tuff Shed from Longview Texas Office. Cody Knight did a very professional job in explaining options and understanding our specific needs and wants. We took a long time deciding (having been looking at options for about a year).Got three quotes when we were ready to Purchase. All the quotes were for similar products. (16x12, high end shed with 2x6 flooring on 16" centers, etc). We tried to compare "like" products.Tuff Shed won because: Built on-site, Galvanized metal flooring support on 16" centers. 16" centers on studs, radiant barrier insulation, reputation, real roof with GAF roofing, and last but not least the confidence we had in Cody to supply and SUPPORT the product. I want to thank Cody at the Tuff Shed Longview store for going above and beyond to help us. We purchased a lake home that already had aTuff Shed. Unfortunately, the door handle was cracked and we needed to replace it over the coming weekend when we would be at the house. Not only did Cody have the replacement handle for us, but he personally delivered it to the house so we wouldn’t have to wait several more days for shipping time and then miss our opportunity to fix it while we were there. He provided incredible service. I appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to help us. Thank You Cody!

The salesman, Tab, was very helpful in design and in explaining all features. He conducted himself as a professional at all times. Tab came to our home inspecting the location and made suggestions in preparing for the installation, which was very helpful. He followed up with inspection of installation making sure everything was done properly.The Installers worked very hard making sure all steps were complete. They were extremely courteous and cleaned the area thoroughly after completion.I would recommend using them for any shed needs.Services: Custom shed design

Tab Haley is extremely professional and made the entire process easy and enjoyable! We looked at several brands before settling on Tuff Shed. There is a substantial difference in the quality of the Tuff Shed compared to the others. We just had a shed built and installed by Tuff Shed. It took us two months(+) to finally get the shed after we ordered it (COVID, etc). The two bright shining spots regarding the experience were the sales representative (Tab Haley) and the assembly team based in Arkansas. Mr. Haley was a joy to work with; very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The assembly team members were true pros who really knew their stuff and went above and beyond on our behalf. TOTALLY SATISFIED with that portion! The scheduling for the shed-setup was a different matter. For a variety of reasons, the subcontracted assembly-teams kept causing postponementof our shed setup and no backup teams were available. Furthermore, we felt the communication could have been better from the schedulers to keep us more fully in the loop regarding the status of our shed. Addressing those two aspects could pull up the overall customer satisfaction rating. Finally, the shed's quality/looks are very very nice. Happy customer!Services: Shed delivery

It was an excellent experience from start to finished product! Tab made it easy to get the exact shed we wanted. He wasn't pushy and walked us through the design. He showed us what they had to offer on site and sat with us to personalize our shed. He stayed in contact with us from start to finish. This is our 3rd Tuff Shed at various homes. Tab Haley out of Longview made this installation the easiest of all. He communicated each step of the process and followed up to ensure everything went well. The construction crew was the best one we’ve experienced. It was helpful to do an onsite visit at the Tuff Shed store to actually see shed sizes and colors. Our salesman was very helpful in helping us select some of the features like the ramps and colors. The installers did a great job installing it. We have had 2 tough sheds in the past at a previous house, and the quality of this Tuff Shed seems to have been improved quite a bit. The walls and the door locks are certainly better than the ones from 10 years ago, and we were happy with those at the time.Services: Shed delivery
