This is my third time going to Valvoline on the Loop. Every time I go I get this feeling that I am not welcome being the only African American present. This Valvoline is closer than Gilmer Road that is the reason I stop at this location. I will not visit this location ever again. After I got home I had to call back to Valvoline to get my receipt that they failed to give me when I was there. This Valvoline doesn't have not one employee that knows customer service. I would NOT recommend this Valvoline especially if you are an African American they don't employ African Americans at this location & definitely don't know how to treat African Americans.
