we just moved to the area and was shopping around. Idk about their service per sey but i did call to inquire on bringing our dogs in so i had a few questions.the young lady did not say nothing mean but her demeanor/ tone was rude and i took it as my call was bothering her (mind you it was going to be north of $250 per dog + the prescription).I began reading the lowest reviews and i can genuinely believe them because toxic boss is likely to bring down the teams morale. Hence, if she is used to seeing her boss treat/say rudely then common sense it replicates/trickles down. It's sad bc they're the only clinic in the area w/ good opening hours and also provide Simparica Trio on the spot.Again, i personally never went there, this is all based off a phone interaction and doing a simple review search to determine my experience was not a one time inccident therefore my review is valid.Oh, also they give a credit (the amount wasn't given) if you provide a 5star rating so, personally i think that's manipulating the high rating for the facility as i wouldn't consider it genuine reviews. just my opinion though!** in response to the owner, thanks for taking the time to reply. In the future I will reconsider and actually come in person. In the meantime i genuinely wish you and your practice the best. I know it's hard work in creating what you have. congrats on that! My call log automatically deletes after 7 days and this was past that. I updated the review to 4 star.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Snow is amazing. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone there is so nice. They even called the next day to check on my baby. I would recommend them to anyone.

Appointment was for 6:20 and after an hour wait about 7:30, the vet tech came in and assessed my cat. Then after another 30 min wait the vet came in finally.Had it not been for the fact that it's so hard to get my cat in the crate I would have left. After it was said and done I finally got to check out at 8:30 the whole experience was the worst vet wait time ever. My cat and I had to be up there for over 2 hours for an upper respiratory infection.I dont care about the price which that seems to be the main complaint but don't take two hours of my time with mediocre service and a lame apology about the wait. Do better.Next time inform someone there's an emergency and the wait time is longer than usual. I don't know what the point was of even scheduling an appointment when your time is just wasted.Definitely will go to another vet.

We went in on a Sunday to have my daughter small long hair Chihuahua who is 13 yr old looked at because her private area was swollen and she was clearly uncomfortable. They asked us to pay for blood work and suggested a scan to see if anything was wrong . We said ok let’s ado that. Nurse came back with Dr. and did the found fluid cyst next to her belly and said they could operate or if we couldn’t afford it to put her down because she will die soon when it pops. My daughter was devastated. We could not afford the large amount for the surgery. They told us to put her down we took her home and decided not to put here down. The Dr came out as we were leaving and pleading with my daughter to put her down that it was the eighth thing to do. This has been 8 months ago and her dog is playful and is loving life and has been everyday since then . I don’t know why the would tell a going girl this when her dog is absolutely fine. My daughter is still traumatized to this day . She almost had her dog put down for nothing.

My boyfriend noticed his cat had tapeworms, he went in i was helping him pay for both of our Cats getting a check-up since we wanted to make sure the worms didn't get to the other one, we decided to get them cought up on their vaccinations aswell when we were given the quoted price AFTER they were already checked in they said It would be almost 1000 dollars and after a quick google search I found the average price should've been almost half but after the appointment we quickly realized they had somehow forggoten to treat them for the worms we originally came in for so we had to go in again and then they charged us an additional $35 for the medicine making the cost $995 for what should've been at max a $500 visit

Went here to treat my cat for worms, end up charged 1000$ and they didn't even see her for the worms they gave her vaccines and then I went home was told I was going to have to wait for test results and they would be back the same day and I could the medicine. Well it took 3 days to get the medicine and they were trying to tell me she didn't have worms when they were crawling out her butt, this place is just a glorified way of taking people's money. Don't go here it's cheaper and they actually help you all the way at a non private vet, I mean 1000$ and I didn't even pay for the medicine yet.... I had to ask them for the medicine because they didn't think she had worms. They just want monet they don't care about your animals.

I saw Dr snow today. My cat hasn’t been eating much for the last 10 days. My regular vet couldn’t find anything wrong with him in 2 visits. Dr snow was very thorough in her exam, and came up with a plan. Praying he gets better. I was happy with this vets service. P.S. No ones ever happy with the vet bill!

We were new to the area and found Dr Snow and couldn’t be happier. They are carrying and very good at what they do!! Within the course of 2 weeks they saw 3 of my four “city” dogs who were not familiar with all the fun stuff to get into here.

We love the attention and care that our two Labradoodles get from the moment they walk in the door. They are open, honest, take time, and patiently answer all our questions. The vet our boys had seen since they were puppies refused to see one of our boys during an emergency situation even though she was going to be open for another 1 1/2 hours. She suggested that we take him to The Vet on 4th, which made us furious. But now, we're so glad that she did. They welcomed us with open arms even though we'd never seen them. They professionally assessed the situation quickly and communicated with us every step of the way to get our boy on the road to recovery. We never returned to our old vet. The Vet on 4th always has very clean and neat facilities. They always discuss costs, options, and answer our questions beforehand. We always feel confident that our dogs are receiving the best quality care and highly recommend them.

CHOOSE ANOTHER VET!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!! They raise the price that are half the cost at other VET’s IN LONGVIEW!! They aren’t for the “working class”.. More for people who think they are better!!!!**UPDATE FOR RESPONSE BY VET ON 4TH.. OH OKKAY!!! I’m pretty sure you, nor your clinic, nor your staff are better than the next.. Your “WORK” and your “LOVE” of animals is NO MORE than the next!! I was saying that you are WAY OVER PRICED!!!! There are PLENTY OTHER CLINICS THAT ARE MORE AFFORDABLE for the “working class”!! To put it bluntly.. You take advantage of the ones who do love their animals like family, I came in an was quoted a price then went to the NEXT VET FOR THE SAME SERVICE, MEDICINE, CARE ALL THE ABOVE YOURS WAS ABOUT 200$ MORE!! So, I will take my money and business else where, and want other people to do their research before choosing your BUSINESS..
