Shelby destroyed my hair. This person clearly did not understand the assignment and if you don’t know how to encounter Mexican coarse hair, you had the responsibility of letting me know. I was clear when I said I wanted my roots done but she didn’t have time to do my roots and did as she pleased. Sitting for 2hours with bleach not only ruined my hair but she didn’t work fast enough to make it leveled. I had warm tones and platinum tones. I want to also let Shelby know, even your team instructed you to work fast and told you what to do and you did the total opposite. Missed a wedding thanks to this awful turn out. The worst part is seeing all the other facial expressions while this person ruined my hair as I sat there. Samantha the manager, did not follow up once I asked to get her regional manager involved. I have spent more to fix it. Good luck if you decide to come here. No stars. Hope these pictures speaks louder than what I just wrote.

I'm going back to see Jeanne! She fixed me up several months ago, but I got down, so I started dying my hair black. I can't wait to see her again, she is THE BEST!! This will be a drastic change, but I trust her!

I’m so disappointed today they don’t even know how to do hair spa they just wash my hair use conditioner blow dry my hair . That’s not hairspa . I do better way in my house cashier was very rude also

I really like my stylist. His area is always tidy, and he makes sure that I am comfortable.The management needs work, and this is apparent to the clients. The staff seems to be taking calls and assisting with check invoices and over compensating their duties.Arriving late is a big I infraction as you may receive a rushed service. I suggest apologizing and then rescheduling.

Wendy has been the only person my DS child would allow to cut her hair! She was amazing with her!! She also did an excellent layer cut on my hair, I highly recommend Wendy!!

If I could give a negative star I would. Did not come close to the picture we gave for my son's hair. He is growing it out and she shaved the sides. When asked, her response was, "its hair. It will grow back". Then she try to charge me 30, when they told us 20 when we walked in. Horrible experienceService: Haircut

the lady that colored my hair did not give me what i asked for at all but brittany!!! at the front desk was extremely kind and helped me out with my hair and figuring out what to do about it. she was caring and i could tell she really wanted to help me to the best of her ability. she was amazing and gave the best customer service i have ever experienced.Service: Hair coloring

Booked a last minute appointment with Gary. Super friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done to my hair. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by him. Also the staff at the salon are very friendly! 10/10 recommend this place ☺️Service: Haircut

I made my appointment earlier in the week for Saturday at 11. On Saturday after 10, One of the girls got a stomach bug, can I switch my appointment? Same time, different girl. Sure, as long as the price was the same. Assured it was. I come in on time, am taken back to get started with someone I don't have either appointment with. I tell her repeatedly I want my hair lighter. I'm not asking for a blonde or red, just a lighter brown. She argues with me about the color, applies some mixture, and goes on with her next customer. Another girl is the one to wash my hair out (hurting my head, neck, and shoulder in the process) and is the one to cut my hair. Both stylists ask me what I think. I tell them what I said to start with, the color is too dark. They don't try to fix it, the first stylist just says she told her not to let me sit there that long. (When exactly? Cause as soon as the shampooing stylist asked about me, she took me to rinse off). First stylist takes me to the register and tries to charge $50 more than what I was quoted. When asked, "these are my prices, I'm sr designer" or some such bull. When she saw I wasn't going to pay it, she changed it back to the original price. I am usually pretty good at tipping, but neither got a tip and I will not be going back to them. Trying to see if I can get highlights somewhere else this week to fix my hair. The cut is basically what I wanted but the color is a COMPLETE disaster. If this was my first mishap with this salon, I'd chalk it up to prom or being shorthanded, but they have lost appointments & other blunders. Never again.
