Place is great and the women are wonderful with such knowledge about coins but I just do not believe I got the best deal with them Morgan’s. After I figured the numbers and divided them into each other, came out to be under $20 each. I got a better deal on the small amount of 90% I had and sold of dimes, quarters, and halfs. Yes, I should’ve checked in the store and my fault for not checking. Reason for the 4 stars and still a good review, I would recommend because these women are great but just ASK the prices before leaving. Because no prices were wrote and instead were coded like every dealer does. Should’ve known on that! 18 Morgan’s and 3 peace dollars still didn’t equal what I was paid. Got paid less than melt value for the 21 coins and just the 21 coins alone. Not counting few other things I sold. Melt value itself should’ve been more than total of everything in the tube I sold, then tally the other 3 coins. I was paid melt value for everything I sold this evening from 90% to the Morgan’s. Ridiculous. And on top of that, traded for a gold coin that they even made profit on. You made money all around on this one!! Buying my silver, trading my silver for the little gold piece, and then selling the silver lol Good job ladies and thank you for the short time I had.

I conducted a transaction with the company, which involved a check written on the company bank account. The check was returned NSF, I notified the owner, and she told me she would compensate me in cash for the NSF check. She did not reimburse me. My only recourse was to file a report with the district attorney for the hot check division. The NSF check has become a legal matter until I receive full compensation. I would not recommend doing business with the company.

Excellent place to buy or sell gold and silver. Also had a very eclectic selection of items to buy!!! The ladies that own this establishment are very knowledgeable and willingly share their expertise!!! Outstanding will go back again and again and so should you!!!!!

Not only coins. Lots of very interesting, beautiful item in this store. Definately worth a look. Don't be in a hurry though. You'll want to hang around a bit.

Julie and Carrie are experts in coins, jewelry and fine China. I love all the variety of things to shop for. You will not walk out empty handed. I think they are fabulous.

Miss Julie and her sister Carrie do such an amazing job keeping their store stocked with interesting items... in my opinion they are even better than their fathers store... her family has decades of experience and they know so much its always a pleasure to visit with them... they are very kind and welcoming even when im just looking... I would go to them even if they didn't have great prices... the fact that their prices are so fair only makes the experience even better... their consignment wall is great and frankly longview is lucky to have such a place... local and honest... anyone who knows precious metal items knows trust is highest importance... well in my 15 years buying in her shop I tell you I go back with total peace of mind... looking at coins without any doubts makes my visit much more enjoyable... thank you to The Coin Investor for operating such a wonderful store... I look forward to my next visit

The owners are experienced and professional! This wonderful locally owned business has been in Longview for decades because they know what they are doing! Don't be fooled by the name, in addition to coins, they buy and sell gold and silver. And they have a huge selection of gifts and antiques including china and silver! Stop by and see what wonderful things you find!

I wish I could think of the lady's name that helped me so that I could let the viewers of this review know how awesome she is. I brought in some items to sell and she was so fair and patient with me. Not to mention extremely knowledgable of the items I brought in. She even gave me some information that will allow me to look for certain things that could help me make money! The customer service and employee knowledge of the stores inventory is top notch. I will definitely be back. 10 stars!

This was an intriguing store. Like a kid ins candy store got to look at everything. But I withheld lol. These two ladies helped me with what I brought in for them to look at. They where very friendly an answered all the questions I had. Very comfortable atmosphere. I would do business with them again.I recommend this place to anyone needing help with jewelry, coins, etc. They even put stuff on consignment if you need them to. They also have a guy to clean your watches to keep older ones running smoothly. So all in all 8 recommend this place of business to anyone.
