I left the city to live a more rustic life, which means I'm outside ALOT. And I don't like to be cold. We are doing a lot of building, garden planting, and are about to get some chickens. So, I wanted some outerwear to keep me warm and toasty. I knew of the Carhartt brand and found The Brown Duck.Cody is awesome. He has been so helpful in ordering my sizes and making sure everything fits properly. He even found me some things on clearance.This is my third time in, and the service and experience has been consistent. Could I order online from Carhartt and have it conveniently shipped to me? Yes. But part of the reason I left the city was to support local businesses, and this is definitely one to support. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.SHOP LOCAL!!

Such a great place to shop for Carhartt. The owner and son are super kind. We have our 3 little ones in tow, and the owner allows them to play with little basketballs and a huge stuffed bear in the front room. Seriously a great business!

We happened to walk in by chance and glad we did. This store had everything carhartt and an area with FR clothing. I messaged several family and friends from in the store that order carhartt online so they'd know about this gem of a store. The bigger sizes are harder to find and this store had plenty in 2x-4x that I personally saw myself. The owner I believe was so friendly and spoke to us like we were friends. Cool dude. Definitely worth a drive if not from the area and you love carhartt-ariat and need FR clothes.

The Brown Duck is one of my family's favorite retail stores! They specialize in Carhartt clothing and accessories, in addition to similar brands. Their selection of Carhartt items is HUGE, and includes items for males, females, kids, adults, work (safety) clothing and boots, etc. They have a great selection of sizes from small to about 5X. Besides clothing, they have lots of Carhartt gear, like hats, beanies, duffel bags, tool bags, socks in all shapes/sizes/colors, jackets, coats, outerwear, you-name-it! This place is worse than Sam's Club: you go inside, intending to buy one thing, but leave after a couple of hours with several bags in hand and a smile on your face, and having parted with over $1000 from your wallet! Oh well, time & money well spent!! The staff at The Brown Duck is very helpful and friendly too. Pay them a visit, and you can thank me later!
