Fraud alert!! Stay away from this bank!!The problem here is not the bank...Is the personal who work here..Rude and Unhelpful!!I have to call with Ms. Kearsten (very helpful person, Btw)She fix all my problems and concerns.. but the people working in this bank on gilmer Rd are very rude and unhelpful they don't help me or my wife at all this personal need attention ASAPThis is what happens to me...First someone from (brazil) make purchases from my account (idk how) I have to call the stores and ask for refunds because the people here CAN'T DO ANYTHING!! Second:I deposit a check and when I try to withdraw money of it.. they don't have it!! They say that I have to wait 7 more days!!What if I need my money right away for an emergency?The worst people working in this bank (GILMER RD.)

I opened a business account 12 years ago with Texas bank and trust. I thought it would be nice to not have to deal with the big bank attitude, and have somewhat of a personal experience and understanding when dealing with them. So 12 years ago, in order to "establish a relationship" when I started my business, I had to put up my own personal money to place in a cd, in order to borrow against for a line of credit. Basically pay them a fee to use my own money. I stopped using that line of credit because it made absolutely no sense. But I continued banking with them for my business account, and have grown, so more money going through my account. Twelve years later I stop in to see if they could refinance my daughters car that I cosigned for, in order to get a better interest rate. They do offer a better rate! But my daughter is in the military and the vehicle is not in Texas. The loan person says he would do some research since the car is not in texas and give me a call that afternoon. He didn't call me. He didn't even seem to want to talk to me.Not even interested in taking care of existing customers. I am sticking my tongue out at you guys.

This is a great local bank, super friendly staff that's treats you good compared to the national retail banks that charge you just to talk to a human, I think Chase started charging you when you walk through the front door, they installed debit card readers
