Great people but who has a robot call you about locking your account at 9pm. With all the scams going around I just hung up cause the only money I spent was bills like I do every month so it was strange to me. Next morning I get up stop for gas and nope they really did lock my card for paying bills. Crazy they will do this at 9pm but you have to wait for 9am to call and get them to unlock it. I don't understand why the can screw you after hours but you have to wait tell they open to solve the problem.

By far is the worst bank I have ever been associated with. I came today trying to get information about some transactions that was made on my account, and trying to dispute the transaction. I talk to a lady named zoe and another lady and they both were very rude and everytime I would try to talk the lady would cut me off mid sentence. She kept telling me that I would have to call the number on the back of my debt card and speak with the about disputing transactions but when I called them they told me that I would have to go to the bank and do it. So as I’m telling the two lady this they continued to tell me I’m wrong with an attitude. I spoke to the manager above them and got a lot of feedback that I was trying to get and she told me that the two lady were in fact wrong for telling me to call the number on the back of the card cause it just going to reroute it back to them. So not only where they very rude and but they also were very dismissive. They also went through my phone through my purchase history to see did I make those purchases very unprofessional and they did not find what they were looking for.I would give this bank any stars if that was possible.

They ROCK!!!!!I do a lot of community service and they are always there with me. When I need a loan of any sort they take care of me.Go talk to Crystal, Elvis, Morgan, Rebecca, Destiny, Ruth, Courtney, Lisette and Noelia.Tell Becky she has GREAT HAIR!!!In a wold of everybody just being a number, this is a place they know your name. Good Home Town Service. Just like the Old Days!!!

I had an amazing experience when I opened my account. The lady that helped me was great and explained options, the different services offered, and took the extra time to answer any questions I had and then some. He rename is Olga Vargas and if you are looking to open an account, please ask for her! She will most definitely take care of you!

Telco has been extremely helpful with all my financial needs. After financing my vehicle with them I was introduced to an amazing team. It didn't take long for me to move all my accounts to them. Highly recommended!!

Apparently they don’t have time for new business! Called to possibly give them a 100k worth of business for new RV and lady who answered says well sir sorry but you can’t just talk to someone you need an appt.! Just to ask a few question about interest rates? She says yes sir I can make u an appt. For later next week. No thanks! On to next place that actually wants my business. Correct I am not a member but u just lost a potential one and by looks of it not sure I would want to bank here being new to TX.

This awful bank is a co-op bank with my credit union bank in Florida. The max cashiers check they allow anyone to withdraw per day is $2999. That’s insane. It’s like they’re holding your money hostage. I called my bank in Florida and they said that it didn’t make sense. What if someone needs to provide a cashiers check to purchase a car or pay a deposit and first months rent on an apartment???

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with or heard of. Everything has to be done in person. They will not let you add an email, get bank statements sent for buying a house, they won’t try to help if someone is in the hospital and can’t come in person. If they expect fraud they do not call or text you, they just turn your card off and you have to go in person to get a new card.

Stay away!!!!!! I just recently paid off my car when I bought a new one, when we called me and the salesman we asked 2x how much was the payoff and was told the amount, but because it wasn’t done in a email they will not accept the payoff check the dealership wrote even tho it was the credit union fault to being with. Needless to say I have a brand new car from Don Herring Mitsubishi in Plano and I don’t have a car payment any more so I’ll never have to deal with this place ever again
