Ordered a Power Wheels for my daughter for Christmas for pick up. Paid for it and everything. They send me and email saying to pick up ASAP as things were Limited. So I take off work and hurry over there. They then tell me it's not ready and will be another hour or so. I showed them the email that said to pick up ASAP and they just said oh well you'll still have to wait. Wouldn't let me get the item that was right there in the store at the time. So wasted a trip and missed work. I go back to work and an hour later I get an email saying the item is no longer available. Absolutely horrible service, communication, and everyone I talked to was basically just saying sorry for your luck. I love target. Their system and employees on this day were absolutely terrible. Huge waste of time, money and energy. On top of that the $430 I paid for the Power Wheels will be refunded in 7-10 business days so I now no longer have the option to purchase one from somewhere else. Thanks Target.

As regulars at the Shreveport Target, we thought we'd scope out this location for reconnaissance. What we found was a more compact store, with a more varied food section. It feels homey, but as expected offers those gosh darn low prices everyone is so hot and bothered about,

I'm not sure when or why some folks got so down on Target, but the shop here is always clean, well lit, well staffed, and has a nice selection of stuff. Every worker I've encountered has been polite and helpful. I've seen a worker near tears because some j*** was cussing her out about wearing a mask (wasn't her idea, ya know). Personally, I appreciate someone there looking out for us, even the idiots.

The employees are rude unprofessional and have no manners. I use to love going there with my friends before carona but now the employees make you feel like you are a horrible human being, if you don't we're a mask even if you have a medical condition that the doctor recommends not to were one. They are childish and rude.

Doesn't require customers to wear mask even though it is mandated by the state. Get on board with what your corporate policy is. You are putting the heath and safety of your employees and fellow customers at risk

Na in the pharmacy is extremely rude. Not only to customers, but also to her associates. She talks down to them and is demeaning towards them in front of customers. Also, I had a few questions about a medication did my infant. I waited for consult close to 20 minutes and she never even acknowledged me.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wendy at customer service was SO unexplainably rude to me for no reason. We had a return (because this location didn't have other sizes) and also purchased other items. Wendy returned the items and did not ask us if we were buying anything or how we would like the money. ($50 was on gift cards and $150 was on a red card). She then kept the gift card and said, I'll put the gift card towards your purchase. She rang our items and i asked her if we still get the 5 percent because we have a red card. She said we would not get it because we were purchasing with a gift card... the gift card she did not ask us if we wanted. I told her that didn't make sense- she got very short and said well we are just going to have to get a manger and yelled for one. The manager showed up and immediately told Wendy to give me that 5 percent and that it was no big deal at all. Wendy shoves our items in a bag, without folding them and then set them on the counter. She then said, "if you return these they will go back on a gift card- just so you know." And made a scrunchy mean face as to mock me. She then let talking and was saying how that was the rule and it was like that everywhere. We just walked off. We noticed we forgot our bag because Wendy was in such a hurry to get us away from her counter. She looked at us, raised the bag up and set it away from her counter. Did not even try to give it to us. I sincerely hope she is required to go through customer service training as her behavior would not be acceptable in ANY retail establishment. I will not be returning to this location as long as she works here. I will also be contacting corporate about her behavior.

Long story short, I'm tired of Target ditching checkout cashiers and having us check ourselves out. Although there are usually cashiers available, lines are long.

Target stores, (and especially the one in Longview Texas) are beautiful, clean, professional, and organized. It is my favorite place to shop hands down!

I've been trying to use bullet points more lately to help articulate my thoughts in a more organized fashion: *Always smells like urine (two other people confirmed that I am not crazy) *Much more attractive crowd that Wal-Mart *No bell pepper or watermelons (I feel personally attacked) *Still better than Wal-Mart

Before you read on, I must inform you that I've only used the restroom here, and this review is for that alone. Ha! I've been here a couple times during road trips and it has easily become my pit stop. I pretty much dig all Targets, but this one...well, I dig the bathroom. It's nothing special, really, it's just clean enough and convenient enough. So if you ever need to go in this public establishment, proceed without hesitation my friend...proceed. Oh! I've also been to the Starbucks, because coffee and road trips go together. The staff is friendly!
