I realize a business, and an employee, can have an "off" day so if I get bad or sub-par experience or service I try to give the business a second chance before making a final decision. That being said... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would. First time I went, July 2021, I was unimpressed by the quality of service, but I was a walk-in so chalked up the rough treatment (as in physically rough) of my hands and feet to my being a walk-in customer. I also asked for rounded off nails and after being told since I had tips put on they would not last with rounded shape. The product/acrylic was so thick they looked horrible. The stylist (a female) was rough with my hands to the point of my having to ask them to please remember the nails they were working on were attached to a living person and not a practice mannequin. The polish didn't cover all the nail. I did not return and instead found another local shop who I've been VERY satisfied with. But this review isn't about them, it's about T&V. So this brings me to today. My usual salon has been so busy thanks to the holiday (and them being amazing) I couldn't get an appointment so I figured I'd try one more time T&V. I have MAJOR "buyers remorse". They were able to schedule me an appointment for this morning (hoping having an actual appointment time and not being a walk-in might help) so off I go. They got me seated within 10 minutes of my arrival, not bad until you realize there wasn't any other customers. The lady began my nails asking if I needed them reshaped (they were rounded) I said no, I prefer the rounded nail but to please remove a little of the length leaving about a 1/4th inch tip growth. She then started filing and the man (her husband I found out) was talking to me, general chit chat, and when I looked back at my nails she had squared them and they were flush 2 with my finger tips (with 2 nails being below, making it look like I either bit my nails or broken them)!!!! I calmly reminded her of what I asked for and she said she would fix it (remove acrylic and re-tip my nails) but it would be charge for new set. Ummm. No. Told her to just finish them. She wandered off and after 5 or so minutes the man asked me to change stations and he varnished my nails. She left such sharp squared corners on 3 of my nails that I had to file them or end up scratching my skin all the time. When I was filing the sharp edges I saw he had managed to get varnish all over my fingers (and keep in mind this is the shellac varnish so it was UB cured on my hands!). I paid but I will NOT be returning. I will be going to my regular salon and manicurest as soon as I can get an appointment. She will have to remove this abomination and retip but it will be worth it.

They charge me for Shillac Polish and put nail polish on my nails. They are trash I do not recommend this to anyone.

My nail color looks uneven and has some bubbles in some areas. My toe color came off and smudged sooo bad 2+ hours after my pedicure. Will not be going there again! (Pic is 2 hours after my pedi)
