James Grubbs is quite possibly the most incompetentag entry on the planet.From failing to contact/return contact interested parties in properties,To allowing properties under his charge as a listing agent, to be vandalized, been down, and have the home contents removed.When confronted with issues such as these, he NOT ONLY freely admits to not caring, laughing about it, but openly admitting that he is freely giving out the door codes, and NOT HAVING A CLUE whom it is that is coming and going from the properties.If you enjoy backwoods used car salesmen, slimystereotypes , this is your place.

Renee, and Martha and amazing to work with, they listed our home and sold it within 60 days. They both are very friendly, knowledgeable and they listen to your wants and needs. Renee was always available to show us a home even on a moments notice without hesitation. They are organized and prepared for any situation, that comes up. My rating is based on my experience with Kathy Stewart.
Over the period of last 2 years she took responsibility of selling our property in Longview not knowing how much work and time it will consume. She maintained very positive attitude through this process and supported our interests with local authorities and not cooperating renters. She had opportunities to quit (most realtors would) but stayed focused on her initial commitment and managed through all challenges to deliver the final closure.
In my long career I have not met many people with that level of integrity and can-do attitude. You are in "good hands" with Ms. Stewart.
