Great place, very clean, friendly staff and available electronic access with your cell phone so you don't have to keep up with a key! You can do everything online so you don't even have to go into the office!

We recently moved to Longview TX about 5 months ago and was in need of a new Storage Facility as our items were currently in Missouri City TX. We chose Superior Storage due to the previous reviews. When we met with them they went over and above the duties of customer service. They walked us through everything and explained everything. Zak was especially sympathetic & caring due to my husband's health condition. He found the perfect unit for us as well as one that would be close. Kelley also was of great help and she helped me through setting up my account. Thank you both and we look forward to doing business with all of you there at Superior Storage. Had to get a unit to store all of my stuff from my dorm room at Letounreau University back in May. Great prices for the features and overall the app access to unlock the doors and the unit made everything a breeze.
