Great place to have a basketball party ! Thank you, Aaron, for allowing us to host our son 10 birthday party at Stafford Wellness Center. Full court gym and half gym room off to the side.

Little nerf gun's birthday party! The staff for their age of staff, I was highly qimpressed with their professionalism, customer service, upsale, going that extra mile to make my grandson's birthday party a big deal for him! Very much appreciated!! Even asked if I'd like to join, but I kindly declined, as I know those days are behind me. Very exciting to watch!

Ive only lived in Longview for a year, but I signed up for bootcamp last April and have gone almost everyday since! They treat you like family and keep the workouts fun and entertaining! Each day is different and the variety keeps me coming back.

Rented this location for our kiddos "after Prom" event, there was so many things for the kids to stay busy all night! They played volleyball, basketball, wall ball, cornhole, rode a mechanical bull, did karaoke/dancing, we set up selfie walls, snacks and gave out door prizes. Thank you for offering such an incredible location at such an affordable rate! We will look to this location for other events in the future!

I have been a member here for YEARS. I have met so many great people over the years that first became friends, then family. I am grateful for my gym family, and the Accountability. I love the different ways they work to keep you engaged and that you're not just a number.

Started coming at the end of 2019 when I was at my heaviest, lost over 50lbs and have kept it off with their help. Tried bootcamp and loved it! Kept coming back off and on over the years until I canceled my previous gym membership to come here full time. It's like a home away from home with people who hold you accountable and go the extra mile to check on you and keep you on track. It's a great place for families! Lots of things to do for whatever fitness needs you may have!

I have been so welcomed at Stafford. They treat you like your family. They are my family, they have been toe to toe with helping me with my body transformation. They help with nutrition, workouts and conversation on what you need to do to get it done. Personally, I have never been connected with a gym the way I am now. I will forever be grateful for the compassion I have received at Stafford. Thank you again for your help in getting me healthy.

The atmosphere here at Stafford Wellness and Boot Camp is so nice and the staff is very knowledgeable of fitness and nutrition . We are all family. The programs work, the coaches are patient and caring. I enjoy this gym !

I had to make up my mind and believe in myself that I deserved more for myself and to live my best life. So in June 2022 I decided to join Stafford Wellness. I tell you that was the best decision I made. My Trainers Jennifer Lewis, Aaron Stafford, Marlon Thomas are truly the best. They push me to be the best that I can be. When I’m struggling they never give up on me. I have so much more confidence in myself. All I have to do is be consistent and take it one day at a time. ROME wasn’t built overnight. So if you want a chance at living come join Stafford Wellness. We all would be BLESS to have you. Watch out 2023. Much Love

I started in June 2022 and at first I was so unsure about the working out and learning new things. But once I talked to Aaron and Jennifer, I felt very comfortable. They help me when I’m Struggling. I love that they will help me one on one if I need it and show me the right way to do a workout. They push me to be my best. I highly recommend Stafford wellness center for anyone. This is an amazing place to be and the friends I’ve made feel more like my family

Great place to workout, knowledgeable staff is always there to help you!They have Bootcamp, Boxing, Basketball Court, Swimming Pool and now doing Birthday Parties with Nerf Wars.They treat you like family and care about your goals and will help you achieve them!Aaron, Jennifer & Marlon are awesome coaches & have made going to the gym enjoyable!Highly Recommend this gym!!!!
