Meagan was absolutely great! My hair and beard were both overgrown, I'm usually very skeptical of who I let trim and shape my beard but she did great! Will defiantly be getting her to fix me up from now on.

I received the worst haircut of my life and was charged $10 more for the same haircut I’ve always gotten from Sports Clips. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but I will never be going back to any Sports Clips after this experience. When I called to speak to a manager, the only response was, “Ok, well I’m not sure what you want us to do about this. We’re sorry to lose you.”

My first time here so I got the full treatment. I've been trying to find some place that cuts my hair right and they did that! I don't know if I would want to pay for all the extras in the future, but I'll definitely be going back. They did a really good job even though it's more expensive. I don't mind paying more for a haircut that's not crooked! Very nice people, and I love the water gun fights! LOL

My son got his haircut at the Eastman Rd. Location and to say we’re not happy with it is an understatement. He had a picture of how he wanted it and she still kept cutting and cutting. She also left the back of his neck pretty red and irritated.

Twice this has happened to me when I get to the place after checking in 45 minutes in advance then getting there and taking forever showing no common courtesy or decency people just taking their time I checked in with the manager because she had the longest wait because I was 45 minutes away they lie about the wait times Sunday is my only day off I just spent an hour and a half trying to get a haircut and then the lady starts cutting somebody else's hair not taking into consideration I've literally been sitting in their building for over 30 minutes

Worst haircut of my life. Totally uneven. Half is layered the other half is not and I have a mullet. This was after having her try to fix it three times.

I would not leave a star but you have to. Sports clip Longview on Eastman rd. I was charged extra $10 for long hair. I asked for a regular cut and was charged for their premium. Total cost $39.00 which is outrageous for a regular hair. Haircut isn’t impressive at all

I recently moved from San Jose, California to Longview, Texas. Need to look around for a local barber shops. See some positive reviews about Sport Clips Haircuts and decided to give it a try. As I walked thru the door, I was greeted by a bunch of nice and respectful staffs. The place is clean. I checked in at the front desk and the estimated waiting time was accurate. I got a haircut by Steph. She’s pretty good. I got exactly what I want. Highly recommended and will definitely coming back for future haircuts.

I’ve been coming to sports clips for many years. And I’ve never once had someone take as much time and patience with my haircut as STACY. She was wonderful. The details she noticed and addressed without asking were fantastic. I’ve never had anyone wash my hair all the way down the back of my neck and wash the shampoo off fully. She did. Most of them just wipe the shampoo off with a towel. Will return. Thanks again Stacy.

I go in and tell the lady i just want a hair cut and she asked to cut my beard and i say no then towards the end she cuts my bead and messes up the years of work i put in to grow my beard, she cut over 4 inches off my beard after i said not to and it was still all messed up then she proceeded to beg me to get the shampoo and i still got charged for it. Its was $32 for her to cut my hair and mess up my beard. $32 is absolutely unacceptable for just a cut. I would rather go to walmart than here again

Stephanie at the North Longview location was excellent. Give her a 10 out of 10 rating. She was courteous, professional and cut my hair perfectly to specification. Lots of fun. Will definitely request her in the future.

Liz is totally amazing!! When I’m in town she is the only one I let cut my hair, and she never disappoints. Liz hands down had the best service, I only wish she could cut it more often!

Never much of a wait and while they prefer booking online this location it's pretty easy to walk in. Nice staff and decent conversation. Good quality stuff and service
