I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sleep Number from start to finish. While the initial purchase process at the store and the delivery went smoothly, everything fell apart when I encountered issues with the mattress.The biggest problem was their abysmal customer service. Once you make a purchase, you're basically abandoned to deal with their unprofessional and untrained customer service team. When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was met with aggression, defensiveness, and zero solutions. It was a nightmare dealing with them.What's worse is that there's a hidden $500 fee if you want to return the mattress. This crucial detail is conveniently left out during the purchase, leaving customers blindsided and trapped with a product they're unsatisfied with.As for the mattress itself, I tried the i8 model, which was supposed to be top-notch. Instead, it felt like sleeping on a cheap air mattress. My back was hurting after 1 night sleeping on it, forcing me to seek relief from a chiropractor. After the second night I had to sleep on another mattress for relief. For a mattress that cost thousands of dollars, this is beyond unacceptable.In summary, save yourself the headache and avoid Sleep Number at all costs. They're essentially selling a $4,000 air mattress with terrible customer service to boot. Steer clear and invest your money elsewhere for a better night's sleep and a more respectful customer experience.**To respond to "response from the owner":I want to emphasize that delivery and return fees were not disclosed to me during the purchase process. Had I been informed about the return fees associated with the mattress, it would have influenced my decision differently. I've been proactive in seeking a resolution and escalating the matter to individuals within your organization, but it seems there is a lack of competence in addressing this. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service, I have not received a response. If your customer service team is genuinely interested in resolving this issue, they are welcome to reach out to me. However, until this matter is addressed, I must caution others against purchasing from your company due to what appears to be predatory practices of omitting crucial details during the purchase process. Additionally, if you wish to verify the details and ascertain the truth, I urge you to review the security footage from your store, as I am confident that it will clearly demonstrate that the fees were not disclosed to me during the purchase. Know that I am approaching this situation with objectivity and a willingness to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

Brent gave us a wonderful demonstration of all the exceptional technology and features in the Sleep Number system of beds. He answered every question and was very patient with us. He was very easy to work with and I highly recommend him! Look forward to sleeping on our new I-8 King!

Salesman was very nice and helpful cool dude. The in store availability of colors of sheets they had was pretty bad. Only had white sheets at the store so now having to wait a week plus for my new sheets to come in.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. The beds seem nice, but if anything goes wrong with the delivery, the company does not care about trying to make it right in a timely manner. I purchased a bed from Micah at Sleep Number in Longview. It was delivered on November 2, 2021 with a defective air bladder. The company said that the best they could do was get a new bladder and set up team here by November 9, 2021. The set up team arrived with just a pump in hand because the company shipped the air bladder directly to my home and it wasn’t delivered on time despite customer service telling me they would overnight it. So I am still without a bed after spending $3000 and I am now going to return this bed and buy a Puffy Lux. Just so you know, no matter what they tell you in the store, the store cannot help solve your problems with the the delivery process. This is a terrible company that does not care about customers once it has their money.
