LaTonya assisted us and was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering each question we had. She also followed up to let us know when our mattress would be delivered, and to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. She had a positive attitude and made our experience of purchasing a mattress and other items extremely pleasant.

Ordered a mattress at the state fair. Was delivered without the power box, only the mattress. Without the power box the head does not raise and I cannot use it as advertised/ intended. I called multiple times, they said they would expedite me a power box. 4 months later and still nothing, I keep getting the run around and no one wants to make it right. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Very very upset that I spent so much money on something that doesn’t work and missing components. Do NOT buy from here!!

Latonya is very knowledgeable, she explained the pros and cons of the different types of mattresses, and how they better serve different body types, in different price ranges, etc. We are very satisfied with our new mattress, and other family members have bought with her since. Friendly and attentive service!
