“I am a regular customer at Pack n Mail on Eastman rd and have been going there to mail things off to my daughter whose a student at Baylor University since 2021. I also go there when I need to send a return from things I've ordered buy didn't work out. Every single time I go in there Jordan is ALWAYS extremely helpful and he does his absolute best to take care of me. He makes me feel like I am the only customer he has seen that day. It is because of Jordan that I choose to continue going to that particular store. Thank you Jordan for all that you do to assist me. People like you are rare, so I'm thankful that God thought enough of me allow my path to cross yours. I hope your blessed tenfold for all that you do.”

“We have been using this UPS store for over 10 years. They are ALWAYS friendly & efficient. We stop at others when we travel & it always makes me so thankful for our home UPS store. Crazy as it sounds I always have lifted spirits after going in. It reminds me people do care about your business & can be kind when helping. I would say the employees must be treated well & enjoy their job.”
“Real nice counter help, I was a little mad because they didn't deliver my package to my house. It needed a signature and they attempted to deliver to the wrong house. The package went back to the ship center at the end of the day and I had to go pick it up there. That counter staff were friendly and understood my problem. The staff had me show them where my house was and took note so that it doesn't happen again. We will see. But the staff was very friendly and wish more places had staff like them.”

“This review is specifically for one driver and I believe his name is Jassen, such a kind young man. He has to drop stuff off at mine and my neighbor's house dang near every day. My wife and my neighbor's wife keep him busy, and he's never thrown any package or slothfully tossed a package on the ground. He's always willing to crack a joke with me before he heads to the next stop with a good attitude. He definitely beats the driver we had about two years ago!”
