They have good gas. They NEVER have towels to clear off your windshield or check the oil. 5 years here and I've seen it once.

Last time I went in the cashier, can't remember his name was amazing. The restroom was clean. He had plenty of fresh coffee made. Was extremely polite and altho I was in a crabby mood when I got there, this young man's attitude was so over the top I walked away with a complete different mind frame. I sure wish I could remember his name because he deserves to be recognized...

24/7 drive thru alone makes this a great gas/convenience store. Most staff are always polite. Store/bathroom are clean, aisles stay maintained and organized. I recently had a bad experience here involving another customer, I have mental issues and as such when I get overwhelmed I use "yes/no sir/ma'am" when I begin to struggle mentally or experience PTSD in order to communicate. Another customer decided to make fun of me for this while in line. The employee replied to the other customer with "Don't get me started" while laughing. I doubt the employee cared at all but was just trying to get through the work day, but I wish they would have let me get out the door instead of doing it to my face. I still recommend this station to others, despite that I haven't gone back while that particular employee is present.

Paid for gas inside, asked to enter my rewards number before sliding my card. The lady was very rude about taking 2 seconds to void transaction. When I went to pump gas the pump was turned off. Very unprofessional. Considering there's no rush and no one in line behind me. Paid for $20 gas and she shut the pump off at $7.50. Very disappointed.

Listen, I will go out of my way every time to visit a Zippy J's and get a large cup of Texas Pecan coffee. Zippy J's has fresh food like salads and sandwiches and killer drink machines. Also on Tuesdays at some locations they have fried pork chops

Stopped at this location today. My 2 yr old and 5 year old wanted a toy so they grabbed toy cars to buy. Went to check out and the lady said their system was down and had to be cash only which I didn’t have. I was going to leave of course when I heard another cashier call out that she would get it. Her name was Molly and she offered to pay for my kids toys so that they didn’t have to put them back. This was a wonderful thing to see this kind of kindness. Luckily my wife came by and had cash so the cashier didn’t use her money, but clearly it was the thought that counted. 5 stars Molly!
