If anyone is considering purchasing a Brother or Baby Lock or Pfaff this is the place!! Customer service is amazing!! Zach in repair is wonderful!! Always always helpful and quick to respond!! Love this shop! I’ve purchased m Luminaire here and will purchase a multi needle in the future!! And Petrina is amazing!! She is the most knowledgeable person!!!

Not a good experience. Was looking for clips for my apqs machine. The lady all but said what they had would not work
But the big was I told her the machine name and she rudley said never heard of that and then said you got an older machine and you thought you were getting a good deal. But you did not get a good deal.
So first time and last time to shop at sharmans.

Our very first and closest quilt shop we visited during the 2024 All Texas Shop Hop. Located in wonderful Longview, Texas, the ladies are so nice and very welcoming. We picked up a pre sale order before beginning our shop hop. Great shop, plenty of fabric to choose from and wonderfully warm and friendly people. A great location, well worth the brief I-20 drive for us and we look forward to returning soon, this a wonderful quilt and fabric sewing store?

Several friends and I participated in the all Texas ShopHop April of 2024. The majority of us visited 60 shops and Sharman's was One of our favorites! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions and get us to the right area. We so wish that they would open a second store in the Waco area. Highly recommend this store! Super glad we got a chance to come and visit and collect some amazing pieces of fabrics.

This is a super cute shop with impesscable customer service! They had some really lovely quilts on display. This is a great store for quilters of all skill levels. Visited as part of the All Texas Shop Hop. I regret not taking better photos!

I was advised by worker that they only have material for crafts! Cotton only. I went there to buy vinyl material. Miss the old Hancock's that was here in Longview.

Sharmans repaired and oiled my machines. But they moved out of Tyler and just have Longview as their only location. Definitely a great business to work with.

This store has the most unfriendly sales people (if that's what you call them) of any store I have been in. And like one person said it didn't happen just once! I too, am relatively new at sewing and was in looking for a few things...fabric, ideas of next project and a NEW SEWING MACHINE ! But after getting the "cold shoulder" & not even an offer to discuss the machines they had...I left! * But on a happy note I got my NEW MACHINE, a Bernina and a Brother serger !! (elsewhere)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I have gone there off and on for years. Starting my own store (not like theirs). They were so happy for me. They help me ALWAYS. GO GO GO there . you will not regret it.

Glad I’m not the only one who gets a cold shoulder here. There is a younger female employee and a young male employee who are relatively friendly and responsive, but the older women in the store look at me more often than not like I don’t belong there. I called to ask about free spirit fabrics once and was treated like I was speaking alien. The hardest part is even my husband feels like he is looked at like they just wish we were out of the store already and he is a “people person”. I shop there when I can but I’m not a big spender…maybe that’s the problem ?♀️
