“Best storage place in the area! They have great security and convenient hours/access. They also have really good pest control, which is often not considered. We rented another place in a nearby town and had spider webs and wasp nests and roaches throughout our stuff after only a few months, but after 3 years at Added Space everything was clean - not even a single roach. The people are kind, professional, and quick to answer Email. And to top it all off, the price was the best we could find in the area for the size we got. Highly recommended!”

“This crew just moved my mom from Longview to Tyler and were incredible with some very fragile antiques and very heavy pieces. They had to navigate around a lot of furniture and things staying in the Longview house for the estate sale and did so with ease. Brian's communication during the move was incredible and immediately showed us that he had everything under control. “When looking for an RV storage site, Spring Hill's pricing was competitive. It's location is convenient for us. We appreciate the covered port, dump station, adjacent propane stop, secured lot and electrical opportunity. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I mentioned some debris from lawn maintenance was sticking to our RV - Spring Hill spoke to the worker AND installed a barrier that also provides protection from sun damage to paint and tires. Excellent Service!! We are very happy with Spring Hill Storage!!”

The price point for all of the above is very competitive if you are just needing a short-term storage solution (<18 months).The reason this review is not 5 stars is because people looking for a long-term storage solution (>18 months) here will potentially end up paying a considerable premium for it.Securcare Self Storage itself is just one of the storage companies in the NSA Brands family, which is an estate investment trust comprised of 12 self storage brands. This means Securcare Self Storage is part of a publicly traded entity whose primary concern is reasonable returns for its investors. The corporate directives to drive profit hinder the ability of the individuals operating the branches themselves to limit rate increases for the benefit of their customers. While an increase of 5-15% a year, depending on factors that influence overhead, seems reasonable, I was paying 73% over the starting rate after approximately 4 years.Michele, who operates this branch, worked as much as she could, with the authority available to her, to find a reasonable solution to rectify my situation, but unfortunately, I ultimately chose an alternative solution that better fit within my financial situation.In summary, I highly recommend this location for individuals looking for a short-term storage solution (<18 months) on the bases of customer service, condition, security, and convenience of the facility, and the starting rate, and I leave a word of financial caution for renters seeking a longer-term storage solution.”
