Tami is amazing, very friendly and always very helpful. Storage units are well lit and cameras are all over. The gate is accessible at all times and I feel confident storing our items there.

I'm a new tenant here and so far everything has been great. Tammy was wonderful and very accommodating when I requested a different unit on the first day. The rates are reasonable and the place seems safe and secure. I'm glad I checked them out first when I started looking for a storage room.

Fastest I’ve ever rented a storage. The process was easier than any place I’ve done business with in the past. Customer service was excellent! Prices can’t be beat!! Id definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to rent a storage!!! ??

Units are always clean as well as the facilities. Staff has always been extremely helpful to me, and this is my third time using them for long periods of time. Rent on the units are always lower than the other storage facilities and just as nice or better.

I've had a positive experience with 'Secure Storage' thanks to their friendly staff and diverse unit options. However, one aspect that could be improved is the inconvenience of entering the gate code when leaving the facility. Additionally, I've noticed a consistent increase in their rates, which is a concern for me. Despite these points, the overall service and unit selections are commendable.

I tried to get a unit but I was never contacted after I paid online and I ended up going by on Friday but the office closed early and there was noone available. I ended up getting a different storage and cancelled this location...
