Just rented a unit. The property manager, Bill T., took amazing care of us. He was very helpful and informative. The property itself is in excellent condition, clean and most importantly secure. I feel like we definitely made the right choice when we decided to get a unit here.
Update: the security, cleanliness, and service is so good here that I've decided to rent a second unit and transfer the rest of my belongings from a different facility across town.

Bill was pleasant and helpful. Although I wasn't renting a unit, he answered all the questions my friend (who was the unit renter) had. Upon seeing the unit, it was clean and spacious. If I ever need a storage unit, I would certainly rent here.
