They are very good at what they do. However; there are some major issues that need rectified. 1) They can’t give you a price quote if you have insurance until you fill the prescription. Who wants to transfer a prescription if it’s going to cost more? 2) Sam’s Club really needs to merge their databases so the pharmacy is aware of who has a Sam’s plus membership (which many of us purchase due to all the pricing perks that it offers for some prescriptions). At the very least, there should be a way for the pharmacy to note our account is Sams plus on their side. I always tell them I’m a Sam’s plus member but when I pick the prescriptions up, they often have to circle back and check the Sam’s Club plus price against my insurance price. This is a waste of everyone’s time. As a major retailer, it’s inexcusable. Last time I got some serious attitude from one pharmacist asking that I let them know I am a plus member before filling the prescription. I DID….I DO! Do better, Sam’s!!!

I have been a customer of Sam's Club Pharmacy for several years. All of the staff are friendly and always help me with everything I need. Allyson, Courtney, Shurrell, Amanda and Josie all provide excellent customer service and are very competent and professional. A special shout out to Ting and Bisma for always going above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs.

Bought a birthday cake there labeled as white cake with white icing. It was in fact chocolate. Talked to bakery manager but she didn't offer replacement or refund. I will never buy anything from bakery again. Way to ruin a party.

I was very disappointed when I shopped today because almost none of your shoppers wore a mask. The sign outside clearly states the mask must be worn in order to shop. I am never even allowed to enter the store unless I dig out my Sam's membership card before I can even walk through the door, therefore I know you could have done a better job.

Ok this review is about the food before Covid-19. I love and I will say again I loved their pizza and hot dogs and don't get me started on how good the fountain Dr. pepper is is soooo good!! But they really needed to hire someone to do cleaning and stocking condiments. Cause it was always over flow garbage bins and nasty counter where the Condiments was and the fountain machines were either empty or sticky. But dang y'all they had good food and cheap as heck!!!! Now no food because of this dreadful COVID-19!!! I really miss it y'all!! I never thought I would say I miss normal!!!!!!!!! Ok now the store I love it I shop there twice a month sometimes more!!! But I hate that you buy something for awhile there and poof they never sell it again!!!! And open all the registers ok! And the perfume register needs to have some one there!!! I have wanted perfume and cologne and waited and asked for someone to help just to have no one show so I didn't buy any!! But yeah I really miss going in there and eating! Yes I know you can I believe call a pizza in and pick it up but it's just not the same.
