The bad reviews gave me pause, but I had a different experience. It took a while for them to contact me but perhaps there was a reason (insurance). I don’t know, but when I went to the office, Meghan explained everything to me about my cpap machine. She was very helpful and informative. I felt like I had great service and feel like I’m going to be well taken care of. We’ll see, but in my experience, I was very pleased.

I’m sorry to see these bad reviews. Our experience with Rotech has been quite the opposite for 3 years now. They are quick to provide service & new tanks of oxygen when needed and are always courteous and helpful.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. My family has had to chase these people and help them do their job as well as deal with many lies and attitude. My family member was hospitalized and ordered oxygen as well as a hospital bed for at home. The first 2 portable tanks given to us were empty. We dealt with a lot of negativity and lies to simply get some assistance that is covered by our insurance. They act and say it's a courtesy, but it's not when they are getting paid. They are rude and condensending to people needing assistance and who have almost died. They lie about insurance approval and are vague about getting you the proper medical help or supplies needed. My family member called his insurance, because they repeatedly said it hasn't been approved yet, well the insurance company said it was approved nearly a week ago and to have them call. At this point we are doing their job for them. This is very unprofessional. They need to get it together between here and the Tyler location nothing but problems. My family member needed that bed last week and that hospital bed is urgently needed and more oxygen on Friday September 29th after another surgery.. We will see if they can deliver or meet the needs of the patient for once rather than having snippy attitudes and of no real assistance.

My Doctor ordered a portable oxygen convertor in August of 2021.I called many months to no avail. I made my final call today.It is December of 2022, 16 months after my doctor put in the order.in my 64 years this is the worst case of service I have ever experienced.I am purchasing one elsewhere

The worst company in the medical field that I have ever dealt with. Referral sent to them for equipment on August 6th and still nothing on October 5th. The only communication they've done is when I've called the nice receptionist (bless her heart). No equipment, no communication, nothing. Do yourself a favor and go with a professional company that knows how to handle business.

I have always been pleased with Rotech customer service. Brad is their representative for my area as well, and could not ask for more respectful polite service. Phone service always returns my calls within the hour when I call, so would rate them a 10 if enough stars.

This office never knows what is going on nor does anyone really seem to care.The got my insurance messed up over a year ago and now I have forced by Rotech to turn my BiPAP machine in and will not get another through no fault of my own but their incompetence!! I brought the machine in many months ago to turn in on the recall and they told me not to turn it in but to call on the recall number. Did that and nothing happened at all - I did however get another firmly worded letter to turn the machine in as insurance hadn’t paid- guess who had the account messed up - Ro Tech - what a joke!

We were so frustrated with the service we received at a competitor that we decided to try Rotech and we are so happy we did! Miranda has gone above and beyond to help make sure our mom has been taken care of!

They have been very helpful and kind to my husband! Always get him needed oxygen, canulas, tubing for oxygen machine or portable oxygen canisters to our house in a timely manner. Todd has been very helpful and always friendly!
