I was well cared for by polite and kind people. They trained me about my machine and about necessary equipment and maintenance of my machine. I have the advantage, I am trained in biofeedback and stress management and I can assure you they did it right

After having a sleep study done, my physician recommended a few places to have my CPAP set-up with Rotech being one of them. For no reason I picked them without doing any research first (which is completely on me). To make a long story short and get to the point, their billing is absolutely horrendous. They tell you one amount when you pick the machine up and then you'll get billed totally different amounts (yes, much more). When you call the toll free number you'll get a non-English speaking person who could not care any less about helping you and if you call the Longview office they will tell you that they don't do billing and can't help explain charges. I have downloaded account billing statements from Rotech's patient portal and have also download copies of my explanation of benefits from my insurance company and there is literally no rhyme or reason as to what Rotech charges each month. If you're independently wealthy and enjoy being surprised by a mystery bill each month and then look forward to no one knowing why you were billed said amount then this is definitely the company for you.

The bad reviews gave me pause, but I had a different experience. It took a while for them to contact me but perhaps there was a reason (insurance). I don’t know, but when I went to the office, Meghan explained everything to me about my cpap machine. She was very helpful and informative. I felt like I had great service and feel like I’m going to be well taken care of. We’ll see, but in my experience, I was very pleased.
